      B2B Review from Greg Digneo

Best decision we made last year was partnering with this CX team for our customer support, billing, and sales assistance. We were drowning in client emails and chasing invoices late at night instead of focusing on SEO strategy. Results have been incredible: client response times dropped from hours to under an hour, payment collection improved 60%, landing page conversions up 28%, and client retention increased 35%. They integrated seamlessly with our systems and scaled with us as we grew. Now we have more time to focus on delivering SEO results instead of being stuck in support tickets all day. If you're an agency juggling client support with campaign management, this team is a game-changer.

Absolutely classless and unprofessional. The recruiter I talked to (Rashmi Tarale) was just about to submit me for consideration in a job (AFTER having gone through my entire resume with me), then proceeds to ask me about how much experience I have in the field overall. When she wasn't happy with my reply, she HUNG UP on me mid-conversation, and I haven't heard from anyone at Akraya since. Don't waste any of your time talking to these people, and don't risk giving your information to this scam of a firm.

April F's Review Sourced from Google

I normally don’t post reviews, but I feel a responsibility to share my experience with Vbeyond. I was recruited for a full-time placement and was given a confirmed start date in early April. Based on this, I resigned from my previous role — only to be strung along for nearly 10 weeks with repeated start date delays, vague communication, and empty assurances that clearance was “coming any day now.” Throughout this time, I remained professional and patient, even when timelines continued to slip. I was promised a modest financial gesture to offset the hardship of leaving my job based on their word — that, too, has yet to be fulfilled. I’ve lost income, stability, and viable opportunities during this process, and I would not want any other professional to go through the same. Some individual staff members (like Theo and Abhishek) were communicative and made an effort, but the agency as a whole was disorganized, opaque, and unreliable. I strongly encourage others to vet this agency thoroughly before making any career decisions based on their offers. Your time, livelihood, and trust are too valuable. UPDATE: Since posting my original review, I’ve learned that my situation was unusual, and Vbeyond did work with me to get things moving. Some staff members, like Theo and Abhishek, were communicative and supportive, and I was able to negotiate a few things outside my original contract. In the end, I completed the assignment successfully, and I appreciate that they stuck with me through the process.

The facilitator demonstrated excellent expertise, delivering complex concepts in a clear and practical manner that was easy for employees to grasp and relate to our day-to-day work. The interactive format, real-world examples, and hands-on approach greatly enhanced our understanding of emerging AI trends and their applications in the corporate environment. Hi, I am super grateful of Netskill academy. The course didn't only teach Fullstack but also DS & Algorithm, there were many things to learn which are essential to become a good software developer. The mock interviews and the regular tests helped me a lot in tracking the progress. The leaderboard table motivates me to be at top and learn much as i can learn. A big thanks to all the Netskill team who helped me in my achievement.

Every year our organization recruits 50 to 100 freshers and they undergo 3 months of training before they are deployed on projects. This year we chose Netskill as our training partner for providing React, Java, Android and iOS training. I must say Netskill exceeded my expectations. Not only did the trainers have excellent technical knowledge, they also provided the new joiners with guidance on how to work in an agile environment. After the training our technical team spent very less time getting the freshers working on the project assignments. From now on we will consider Netskill not only for the freshers training but also for the specialized training for our experienced team members.

Corporate Training Company Hiring Guide

What is a corporate training company?

A corporate training company is a company that provides educational programs, workshops, and development courses that enhance the skills and competencies of employees within an organization.

With 59% of employees emphasizing the value of training for their job performance, employee training companies help improve organizational efficiency, increase staff members’ productivity, and ensure the workforce remains competitive in the evolving business landscape.

Corporate training companies address the following challenges faced by clients:

  • Closing skill gaps between what employees have and what the job requires
  • Keeping employees motivated, satisfied, and less likely to leave
  • Ensuring compliance and regulation
  • Equipping leadership with the skills to effectively guide and inspire others
  • Helping employees adjust and thrive in a constantly changing work environment
  • Optimizing how employees work to get more done in less time
  • Assisting employees to deliver exceptional service that keeps customers happy
  • Fostering a welcoming and respectful work culture for all employees
  • Providing employees with the tools to effectively manage disagreements

Corporate training companies are critical in maintaining and advancing employee skills. In 2023, this importance was underscored by the $101.8 billion spent on training expenditures in the US.

Success story

We can see how employee training companies impact businesses and organizations in IBM’s case study published by MIT:

  • Challenge: IBM needed to shift its HR system from administrative tasks to driving competitive strategy through skills and career development. It needed to address workforce demographics, improve learning experiences, promote career transparency, and enhance the social contract within the organization.
  • Solution: IBM introduced "Your Learning," a digital marketplace with over 300,000 resources, developed in-house using AI, cognitive, and cloud technologies. Verify trainers’ credentials, specializations, and experience. Consider whether their training style matches your company’s culture and the learning styles of your employees.
