In the past, I did not have a great experience with Sparks- my recruiter at the time was an absent person who did not care about the abuses temps suffer on site. I took a step back and decided to try again after years and was recently contacted by Justice S. They wanted to connect and asked when I was available. A time was set, I joined the virtual chat(they were late to the call) and found the call to be recorded. I was not told it would be but left after I declined consent. I sent Justice an email to let them know what happened and why and they didn't seem to care or be willing to accommodate a call without recording...that was almost 2 weeks ago. No reply or word since then.This to a lot of us is a representation of not just Justice S. or Sparks' professional culture (Justice is certainly not the only recruiter there with poor communication with temps)but sales-oriented recruiting. They give the impression they are only interested in placement so they can get commission and not invested in the best interest of the client and the contractor. As a job seeker, it makes them seem sketchy and prone to mistreatment/turnover. I can only imagine, as an potential client looking for placement, the worry of finding a suitable temp and be considering Sparks even short term...EDIT: Sparks sent this automated response below to give the impression that they care and would take action but they haven't even contacted me after I've done what was requested below. Bad business.

Terrible agency! I had an interview for a help desk job through the Sparks Group Agency.About a week later I was told that I was hired for the position. But Sparks group never sent me an offer letter confirming my start date, time or where to report for work.They contacted me the following Monday saying I had not reported to work then today they sent me an email saying I had been terminated from the agency for pulling out of an assignment and not showing up for the job.I tried to contact them numerous times prior to find out when my start date was… never heard back from them..How is one supposed to report to a job without having the address, start date, or start time?Although the lady who I spoke her over the phone was nice, this situation was very unprofessional.They are not attentive and do not have good communication.I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for employment. They seem to mostly only offer temporary positions for $17.25 an hour which really is not a living wage!Good riddance!

I've been seeing alot jobs on indeed that aerotek is posting .I applied.to.3.or.I got a.call back that same.Day some girl saying how the were impressed by My resume and My work experience, all My osha certifications.We set the interview 1pm the next dayI get there and we start the interview than after I fill out all there paper work and drove 25 miles the girl new.how far I had to drive and at the end if the interview she informs Me that all four of the jobs I applied for all the spots had been filled. The lowest pay that I would take was $19.50 an hr. S he than with smile.The only Jon I have opening for pays $13 an hr.$6.00 below the minimum I would take .Sense that day I have applies for 10 more jobs through them and mind you I'm more than qualified fir these jobs tons of experience in several fields If I get anything from them wich is rare the tell thanks for applying but we picked someone else .I think they discriminating against me because I am 53 can bot think of another reason. I don't think this aerotek has very many contractors because I have never seen one and I have been there several times

This is a very corrupt company that works with insurance carriers to create fictitious jobs for injured workers and then sends out obscure notifications that are intended to look like junk mail so that the injured worker does not show up for the appointment and then the insurance company cuts off their disability benefits. I am an attorney that has worked in the Worker’s Compensation filled for over 35 years and this company purposely misleads injured workers and abets the insurance company in denying their benefits.

Be aware of these positive reviews. Most are relatives or friends of staff of the agency. I can say that my onboarding was quick, I submitted documentation and was able to working within two days! My first red flag was that I was in an assignment but the company had never gotten any pay or direct deposit info from me. They do have assignments but they are unorganized, several recruiters will reach out even after having confirmed shifts, there are sometimes discrepancies with pay.

So sphiscated accounting systems I must say. For what? Never saw an irs payable in any return they asked me to prepare although I’m no licensed accountant. No names no whistle just a honest google review. Makes me wonder what an accountant does, cooking books or AICPA reporting them. No mark up in my basis. The roc building is beyond comprehension though, they even do SNL up or down stairs never got to see a show so I don’t know

They tried to dodge the question more than once, refusing to answer me. Also, according to their recruiter, they got my resume, which is clearly outdated, from some scammy website. Claimed to have called my number but clearly isn’t the case. They act very aggressive too.If they do contact you, run.

I wanted someone to help me with curating my published content from my web site as well as my social networks to create stories and reels on my Instagram and Facebook business pages. The young lady I've been working with, Dehaira Silva, has been wonderful to work with. She follows instructions, proof-reads her work, and asks questions when she needs more information or clarification. We also have a monthly Google-meet to catch up with each other, at which time she shows me the spread sheet she created comparing my Instagram and Facebook stats.From the initial reach-out, to the screening of appropriate candidates for my needs, to the final selection, and throughout the time I've been their client, the interface with 20four7VA management has also been very efficient. Very poor experience, i have been follwoing up for more than 08 months for simple accouting work, which BDO's Sr manager(Adelaide Office) was not able to address. Simply delaying work without a reason. I have asked for refund, which they promised and never paid back. Stay away at all cost.
