I am happy with my overall experience at RAAS Cloud. The team here is supportive and open to helping each other. The projects we worked on were across different industries, which gave me good exposure to various business processes and use cases. I got to work on real enterprise setups and integrations, which helped improve my technical and consulting skills. One concern is that the work structure and processes are still evolving, but the company is growing and improving things steadily. Overall, it has been a good place to learn and grow.

Working at RAAS Cloud gave me strong exposure to building APIs and scalable systems for US and Middle East clients. The team is supportive and open to technical discussions. Managers expect quality work and clear timelines. Work pressure is there during releases, but it pushes you to improve system design and performance skills. I learned how real production systems are built and maintained.

Good place to grow Salesforce skills with strong learning exposure. Projects are practical and client focused, mainly for US based enterprise clients. You get hands-on experience with real scale implementations and complex use cases. Collaboration between development and consulting teams is strong, which helps in delivering better solutions and learning how large systems are built and scaled.

Initially, The App Founders showcased a pro-found grasp of blockchain technology and its practical applications. They adeptly elucidated intricate concepts in a manner that resonated with my non-technical background, facilitating smoother communication and active involvement in developmental discussions.

it was such a pleasure working with App Founders and just how easy and professional they were. I quickly realized how the industry is full of thirsty, needy bots and scammers I’m trying to get your attention, but tons of unsolicited phone calls and texts. Dealing with these guys was a breath of fresh and definitely showed up in value above all the rest.

When you go into business for yourself you need a website to advertise, this is ESPECIALLY true if you're an entertainer. Ta was the first person to create a website for me nearly 10 years ago. It was such a perfect fit for what I needed that I NEVER changed it, even when I changed web designers to maintain it. He built this website by himself and it was amazing! Now that he has established a company with a team I can only imagine the magic he will produce. He takes pride in what he does and it shows in each page. Being a client for so long I can say with absolute sincerity that when you become a client you become a part of a family and will be held in such regard. In this world of companies and businesses, many provide the same service...its how they treat you and value you as an individual that makes the ultimate difference. That, along with his unique creativity, is where NTA Creative stands out

We have been using Alliance for years now and they consistently provide top notch service. We recently had every computer and multiple laptops replaced in our office. Kevin and his team made the transition effortless on our end from ordering and programming to installation. Adam and the techs who came on site took time with each employee to make sure every item that needed to be transferred or backed up was done correctly before the disconnect and reconnect. All employees were back up and running with absolutely no issues. We did not have to lose a work day and lose revenue or shut down the office during this switch as they made sure they were ready when they arrived and were very efficient with their time. Thank you to the Alliance team!

Techspert Services has been integral to our ability to combine our operations and services with technology which puts us several steps ahead of our competitors. The restaurant business is one of the most difficult businesses to operate successfully, and we know that technology drives the current successful business models; Chic fil a, Cafe Rio, Panera, Cheesecake Factory, King's Fish House, etc....Techspert has been able to provide and maintain technologies, both old and new, for us to keep pace and accelerate in the restaurant space. We look forward to our new systems coming that integrate communications, online ordering, with social media and customer engagement via the latest technologies.Online ordering and mobile apps are here to stay and the slow adopters to new technologies will be the first casualties. For example: Sears, Radio Shack, Kodak are examples of success stories cut short by inability to pace with technology.Robert and his team are highly motivated and I highly recommend Techspert for your IT and tech needs.

I had them hang 2 televisions, on which they did an excellent job.My computer was slow so I asked him to fix that. I happen to live far from his shop, so it took a while to receive the computer. They ended up doing diagnosis, virus removal and a full reboot for $150.00. I like to support family businesses, and this is one I would recommend.

I brought my computer in because a hinge broke on my laptop and pulled out my wifi wire. I told them what was wrong with the computer and exactly that. They called me back and said it would require a $75 diagnostic fee to figure out what needs to be done. I responded with that I already know what needs to be done and no diagnostic will be required. So I picked up my computer and they told me it would be 2-3 hours of labor to fix (even though they did not "diagnose" it). Obviously they did in the 10 minutes that it had been dropped off. I took it home and with never have taking a laptop apart before, I fixed it in 40 minutes. They are just out for a buck and not the customer.

For a larger company that needs a complete managed service with a lot of employees maybe they are better suited? For a small company sales office like mine, with only 5 employees they were nothing short a nightmare. Techs were all great and very professional. Their billing department and their overall communication were terrible. Their sales team sold us products we never needed and they never followed up on things we actually wanted done. We asked them to address modernizing our office , setting up a cloud based server. Never happened. We had a 15 year old data server with less than 500 Gigs of data on it. We signed up with them in May 2023. We wanted their "monitored" pay as you go service, I asked them to provide what charges would be to set up a cloud based data server based on their own sales team suggestion before we signed up. After 3 attempts over several months, I was finally notified in August they would need to charge us 8 hours of billed time to provide what was needed to do that. This was after they already onboarded us and already had inventory of what we had. Having friends in the IT industry they told me something just didn't sound right and this forced me to educate myself on Microsoft 365 services, which we were already paying for I might add. I came to find out they basically wanted $1200 of extra charges just to tell us to move our data to SharePoint. They sold us an email filter program that they set up and installed which ended up blocking legit emails for our business, then when we needed to get those emails sent to our inbox they charged us billing time to do it, then charged us AGAIN to remove the program entirely when they installed and set up the program and it never worked. They opened tickets on our 15 year data server we were never told about, and then billed us time out of our hours block without ever notifying us about it until we saw the bill. Ultimately over 4 weeks time I moved all our data to SharePoint myself, removed our old data server from our network. Our Microsoft accounts were upgraded and all our employees can now work remotely if they chose with file access anywhere with all the benefits of Microsoft defender and malware endpoint security which has been configured also by myself ( Keep in mind I don’t consider myself an IT expert by any means and was able to do all this on my own with a little bit of research). We’re getting almost no email spam now and our dependency on a 15 year old data server is gone. Sadly this all came with no help from Verity IT and instead thousands of extra dollars in fees for things we never needed that could have been avoided. Now 3 months since terminating our relationship our office data sharing system runs flawlessly and we have had not 1 technical issue.
