ELEK+RIK has worked on improving our React Native mobile app. We had the skeleton of an app, but they were able to do an end-to-end re-design of each of the main pages. Since then, they`ve successfully implemented around ~20 different features on our mobile app. We share a spec and design, they provide an estimate and occasionally some design options, then when completed create a PR on GitHub. Their code is well-organized, easy to follow, and rarely do we have to go back-and-forth about bugs. They are also excellent communicators - carefully following threads on Slack, effectively communicating design and engineering tradeoffs, and even producing a 10m Loom video walking through a diagram. Their communication is top-notch. They are super easy to work with even though we are on very different time zones. And, I am impressed at the speed and execution of their development.

Been in water treatment for a long time, RO systems, softeners, iron removal, valves, the works, but our website never reflected any of that properly before this project. Somewhere in the middle, content approvals got a bit messy since our team kept revising specs, cost us close to two extra weeks on a few product pages, mostly our own doing though. Once we settled into a proper rhythm, things moved fine after that. Would tell other manufacturing companies to go with Mindrops if they have a big, complicated catalogue that needs proper structuring online.

Novah by Akankshaa sells crystal jewellery and gift sets, and most people pick a piece because of what it means to them. Our old way of selling, which was mostly Instagram, did not show that at all. Mindrops built the complete ecommerce website for us, right from grouping the products to putting it live. Collections were set up as Signature Bracelets, Crystal Mixels, Luxury Line, Trims & Charms and Sets & Gifting, plus a second way to shop based on things like Abundance & Wealth or Calm & Clarity. Cart, checkout, wishlist, login and search were all built in the same go. The Watch and Buy part, where a video plays next to a product you can buy, gets used a lot. Orders come straight through the site now instead of through chat, which changed how our days run. The launch happened on the exact date given at the start. Not everything was smooth though, the product page had to be built again after it ran slow on mid range phones and that fix took longer than promised. For a small jewellery brand going online properly for the first time, it was worth the money.

Then, they created four templates, two were more straightforward, and two were more modern with bold colors. Once we chose the template that spoke to us most as an organization, we chose a font, and Qualimatrix Technologies managed the final logo design process from beginning to end. After delivering the final logo, they built our website from scratch using a WordPress template. The website is our digital factory and lead generation tool for customers to engage with us online. The team also helped us with keyword research and provided website SEO and copywriting services. We collaborated with them on different pages to ensure they contained the right keywords for Google and Bing. We host the website internally, but they occasionally help with maintenance requests. The website functions very well, and were pleased with the core site vitals. Since were still getting indexed, its too early to see the results of our website traffic. However, were heading in the right direction, and the site has received positive internal feedback regarding its design.
