We hired flexsin technologies to build software for us in July 2022. They agreed to sign NDAs and all relevant paperwork. They prepared the NDA as they preferred it and sent it to us for review and signature. We reviewed the NDA and changed the Jurisdiction to UK and sent it back to them for a signature which they delayed in signing up to date. After they reviewed everything, they gave us an estimation of USD 17,000. They sent us a contract with upper price cap stating that any extra activities and costs incurred above the agreed upper price cap will be their responsibility and we as the client will have to pay nothing extra. They estimated the project will take 12-14 weeks. They started the project and assured us the NDA and Contract is getting sorted and they will send it over as soon as. Long story short flexsin Technology never honoured the contract and the price cap as the price started increasing past the price cap. It is now been 8 months since they started the project and they have not signed the NDA nor the Contract as agreed. We noticed they misspelt the names on the NDA and Contract. We asked them to rectify the spelling mistakes and they have refused asking us to Change the NDA that they wrote themselves to meet their interests. They are asking us to include on the NDA that UPwork will resolve disputes in relation to incorrect spellings on the paperwork and the NDA as if they are planning to make more mistakes. Up work is just a platform that brings developers and clients together, UPwork does not resolve spelling mistakes and unsigned paperwork. UPwork is NOT developing our software for us, we did NOT share the software information with UPwork, we shared information with Flexsins Technologies and above all Up work did NOT misspell or fail to sign the NDA or Contract, that was Flexsins Technologies mistakes to fix and NOT UPwork mistakes to fix. They are now asking to write another contract for more money probably with another price cap just to lure. They have agreed to send the assets back to us immediately. We've got one fellow in particular assigned to our account, and we love having him in the building. He's like family. But when he brings in his counterparts to assist with larger projects, it's easy to see that they know their stuff too. Over the years, I've been solicited by a number of different IT companies. All of them want to know why I won't switch and give them a "try out." My reason? TECHNOLOGY IS THE BACKBONE OF OUR SUCCESS. Our network, workstations and security are of paramount importance. I'M NOT GAMBLING WITH THAT. The BNC team is about the best money can buy - and our experience has proven it again and again. Chasing lower "hourly rates" would be akin to stepping over dollars to pick up dimes... These people need to be stopped. Be very wary of them being in charge of your backups. They also set up your office in ways that make 0 sense. Instead of just doing a dedicated hdmi cable, they installed a weird cat 5 switch that we've been having issues with. The back of the computer had two hdmi ports. There was absolutely no reason to put in a switch besides charging more to add one. The tv's constantly go out do to their stupidity. I've been on hold for an hour to do a simple remote access connection. This is the 3rd time I've had to do this in the last month. In fact, I'm writing this review because i'm sick of waiting and gonna hang up again now. In the past, I had a team member request for IT Support and it took them 4 days to get remote access back up. We called multiple times and were on hold for 3 hours multiple times. The solution? Oh, that remote desktop was a little out of date and we needed to switch out the application (took 5 minutes). They've been understaffed for about a year. Part of IT is setting you up with a dedicated email support. If you don't have a business e-mail set up it hamstrings you and your team. If you do sign up with this team make sure you ask them for support with this but it's been 3 years and it's been a continual problem for us. Positive: They're cheap. You do get what you pay for though.

I have used Cloudskope on two projects in the last 5 weeks. Both were completed to my entire satisfaction. I work in a church campus which had terrible unreliable WiFi. I invited 4 vendors to visit the campus and make make recommendations. Two bidders recommended massive wiring installations. Cloudskope brought us a different approach which would install a wireless Mesh WiFi system and a few new switches. I liked the smart and simple approach. Installation took less than one day. I can participate in Zoom meetings as I walk from one end of the campus to the other, even through our courtyard and parking lot with a strong and seamless WiFi signal. As the current pandemic took shape, we asked Cloudskope back to install Ethernet into our Sanctuary for live streaming services. They took up the challenge of routing wiring to connect our 75 year old historic building to our modern Sanctuary. The staff was respectful to our sacred space and carefully followed Covid recommendations. We now use their reliable connection to provide dual live streaming to Facebook and Youtube. After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen. There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential. The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team. Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.
