The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a second to shout out Brian for absolutely saving me from a full on tech disaster. A few days ago, I was working on a big project for my job when my PC completely crashed out of nowhere. I got one of those terrifying blue screens and then it just refused to boot back up. I tried everything I knew which was things like safe mode, rebooting, unplugging stuff, even watching a few YouTube video but man nothing worked. I was close to throwing in the towel and calling it a lssoe someone recommended this store. I had never heard of this store before, but apparently, its the go-to place in the area for anything computer-related. I reached out, kind of expecting him to be booked or too busy—but he actually responded pretty fasst and was super chill. Showed up with all the problems i had. The guy clearly knows his stuff. He took one look at my computer, asked me a few questions, and had already figured out the issue. (some things I didn’t fully understand, honestly wasnt paying attention lol)Long story shorthe got the system up and running again without losing any of my files. He even gave me a quick walkthrough of what went wrong, set me up with some tools to prevent it from happening again, and cleaned up a bunch of junk that was slowing everything down. My PC actually runs better now than it did before the crash.Brian was super professional, didn’t overcomplicate anything, and charged a really fair price considering how much he helped. Honestly, I feel lucky I found him

I have used Cloudskope on two projects in the last 5 weeks. Both were completed to my entire satisfaction.I work in a church campus which had terrible unreliable WiFi. I invited 4 vendors to visit the campus and make make recommendations. Two bidders recommended massive wiring installations. Cloudskope brought us a different approach which would install a wireless Mesh WiFi system and a few new switches. I liked the smart and simple approach. Installation took less than one day. I can participate in Zoom meetings as I walk from one end of the campus to the other, even through our courtyard and parking lot with a strong and seamless WiFi signal.As the current pandemic took shape, we asked Cloudskope back to install Ethernet into our Sanctuary for live streaming services. They took up the challenge of routing wiring to connect our 75 year old historic building to our modern Sanctuary. The staff was respectful to our sacred space and carefully followed Covid recommendations. We now use their reliable connection to provide dual live streaming to Facebook and Youtube.I highly recommend Cloudskope. In the next few months we'll be asking them to bid on digital phone service with, efax and video conferencing.Steve Grenzow, Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth.

This has to be one of my worst experiences with customer service. I submit a helpdesk ticket weekly and have never received a timely response, let alone a response within the time span that is promised. I currently have a simple request that has been outstanding since June 12th with John Arriga. Not only is the entire team inept at professional and timely communication but there seems to be a true lack of knowledge around technology. Troubleshooting can take hours and oftentimes doesn't end in resolution so it results in me traveling to a brick and mortar IT support shop where I've found, on 2 separate occasions, my issues solved. I highly encourage anyone in need of tech support to look elsewhere.

Used a fraudulent tracking number to "placeholder" a shipment, the tracking number was set to re-deliver to their address. The item they claimed to have shipped was the wrong weight (4lb) when the actual item in a box is exactly 6.1lbs. When asked about the questionable tracking, they opted to refund the order instead of fixing it. As a note, they were underselling MSI Direct on a motherboard by almost $150...

Ordered a product from them off of Amazon. They were never clear on shipping and claimed they sent to UPS but UPS says they never received. This company just wants to hold your money and when you finally call them on it they fold but if not they will hold your money as long as they can with no explanation as to why.
