The XO team is awesome. Their projects and implementation group is second to none. The support team is great - quick, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. Whenever there's a big problem, they work overtime to fix it, even if it's on the weekend, overnight, or a holiday. Joel, Nik, Greg, Irving, Ross, Saad, Robert, Mahender, and others are all all-stars. Highly recommend them for managed services in Los Angeles or Toronto (where their main offices are) or anywhere else. They're also great with new store/office installations, audits/consultations, cybersecurity, and Azure and Microsoft 365 services.

This company is not at all transparent in their operations. There isn't a phone number published on their website, and none of their employees have a phone number in their signature. As a customer, it constantly leaves me in a state of stress because they only operate by email and take ages to reply. Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff.And, for the most part, we don't have to call the support desk because everything works. The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner.**Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

Update: We are still with Be Structured and they continue to do excellent work. I constantly receive sales calls asking to pitch for IT work, and we always turn them away because Be Structured continues to provide excellent and knowledgeable service.With the COVID-19 situation, we had to take precautions and move our staff to remote status quickly. Be Structured came through for us. Chad worked on a plan with us, and got it motion. Even with unforeseen hurdles, they got us to the end goal in record time. They are knowledgeable and came through in a time of crisis.

Our firm just transitioned our phone system to a new carrier with all new equipment. Automates provided tech support for the building in which we lease space. Automates' technician, Mike P, did an incredible job of getting us through the process. He always arrived early, was able to quicky diagnose and navigate the various glitches that inevitably arise in these projects. He also made himself readily available between on-site visits to help answer questions. He was professional, courteous and did a great job interacting with the service provider as well as our personnel. It was a refreshing departure from the level of service we have encountered from other tech support companies in the past. Good service deserves recognition and we certainly received it on this this project.

I'm a small business owner that wanted a simple but professional website. After being referred to this company by an employee and friend. I showed Richard Nobles sr. project manager and Nick Holland, what i wanted done with my existing website. Shared examples of other website and compared how i wanted mine set up. I explained to the managers that my budget is $10-15k for a custom website. They agreed to me over the phone, that they can do the project for my price point. Made my initial $5000 payment, they quickly asked me for another $5000. Quickly ate up a total of $10k then asked me for another $10k. which would have been over budget. So i asked them what they completed with that money. Basically what i got was a digram of how the website would function and some power points. So i my eyes i paid $10,000 for their time and some paperwork. Once i told them that i dont have the money for over budget they quickly stopped and became very slow picking up calls and returning emails. After i explained that i wanted a final cost of the completion of the website. Nick could not come up with a final price and told me to pay another $2,500 to come up with up the numbers. Outraged that they took advantage of a small business owner took me a long time to invest that money. This set back from Quest Technology Managment is going to set me back months to be finically able to hire another company to finish this project. Highly not recommend!

Zeta Sky replaced our previous IT company about a year ago. With the help of Zeta Sky, we moved seamlessly to a cloud-based platform in a very short, cost-efficient manner. The cloud-based platform has added significant value to our business and allowed employees and contractors to work remotely without the need to "remote in" on local computers in our offices. Also, the cloud-based system enabled the firm to move off of 20-plus services and leave all 20-plus servers behind. The firm suffered zero "down time" during the move because of the cloud-based system. Now that the firm is on the cloud, I no longer deal with daily IT headaches. Moreover, our IT costs have decreased significantly.Zeta Sky's customer service is second to none. Although IT issues are infrequent since the move to the cloud platform, when a team member experiences IT issues, Zeta Sky's support staff responds immediately. Zeta Sky's support does not end at 5 pm; they are available at almost every hour of every day.Zeta Sky has also moved the firm into a more secure IT environment with layers of safety protocols and security programs. Zeta Sky has provided training to our team members and explained important safety measures to keep the firm's data safe. I am confident our firm's data is far more secure than it was before we moved to Zeta Sky for all of our IT services.We highly recommend Zeta Sky for all IT services.

I have just received a call from this company from their HR named Jessica Irfan. Really rude to speak with and doesn't have the sense to talk to a candidate in a professional manner for a job interview. Hence, she called and was just racing through the call so she can just hang up. When she asked me to tell about my self, I started off and after a few seconds she cut me off by saying "okay now tell me what's your salary" I was flattered to know how unprofessional that was. When I replied to her answer regarding my pay. She than quickly said "OKAY WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU BYE!!"If you don't wanna hire a candidate or don't find them suitable due to their higher pay, you can respectfully say our salary bracket is this this and I'm sorry but we can't meet your expectations.This was like one of the most unprofessional calls I've ever received from an HR. HR accocaites are the face of the company and there actions reflect on the company's external image.Really shocked to know attitudes like this exist in today's corporate offices.

Technology can easily make one feel defeated if they're unable to manage it well. With the help of the Kotman Team, especially John Baker, we were able to get my Scan Snap up and running. He was extremely courteous and patient, though hunger may have been on his heels, (he was right about to go to lunch when the issue began), I never felt any resentment or impatience grow towards the situation. Not only did he fix the technical issue, but he took the time to walk me through the different configurations so that way I'd be able to recognize what the settings should look like in the future. I never felt talked down to or silly for not knowing how to work the equipment, but instead felt heard and experienced kindness.
