These people need to be stopped.Be very wary of them being in charge of your backups.They also set up your office in ways that make 0 sense. Instead of just doing a dedicated hdmi cable, they installed a weird cat 5 switch that we've been having issues with. The back of the computer had two hdmi ports. There was absolutely no reason to put in a switch besides charging more to add one. The tv's constantly go out do to their stupidity.I've been on hold for an hour to do a simple remote access connection. This is the 3rd time I've had to do this in the last month. In fact, I'm writing this review because i'm sick of waiting and gonna hang up again now.In the past, I had a team member request for IT Support and it took them 4 days to get remote access back up. We called multiple times and were on hold for 3 hours multiple times. The solution? Oh, that remote desktop was a little out of date and we needed to switch out the application (took 5 minutes).They've been understaffed for about a year.Part of IT is setting you up with a dedicated email support. If you don't have a business e-mail set up it hamstrings you and your team. If you do sign up with this team make sure you ask them for support with this but it's been 3 years and it's been a continual problem for us.Positive: They're cheap. You do get what you pay for though.

I visited Zealous System on 16th June 2025 for the walk-in interview announced on LinkedIn for interns/freshers in Python, PHP, WordPress, .Net, and QA roles. Despite clearly stating it was open for freshers, upon arrival, all Python candidates, including myself and my sister, were told they only accept those with prior experience, as interns are directly placed on live projects. This information was never mentioned in the post. The company blamed the marketing team for the misleading post. This experience wasted our valuable time, energy, and travel expenses. I urge the company to coordinate better internally and post accurate job/internship information to avoid misguiding freshers who genuinely seek opportunities.

Update: We are still with Be Structured and they continue to do excellent work. I constantly receive sales calls asking to pitch for IT work, and we always turn them away because Be Structured continues to provide excellent and knowledgeable service.With the COVID-19 situation, we had to take precautions and move our staff to remote status quickly. I had a bad experience with the HR Sneha S. Taken all the round of interviews and later told that my profile was kept on hold. In the JD it was given as immediate joiner. Later after one month the same HR post same opening. By seeing this I mailed HR keeping her seniors. The moment itself she called me back and saying that still my profile is on hold. I don't understand the logic. Earlier I was trying to reach out and she was not picking my call. Would have appreciated if she could have told that the profile is rejected. Same as the organization expecting Professionalism from candidate, they too expect transparency from the organization. In most of the organization HR like Sneha S is a curse.
