I was looking for Northampton web design – specifically, someone to rebuild a WordPress website. Right off the bat, Gabe at Radiant Elephant offered valuable insights into where my current site was failing and proposed specific steps to address those issues. He addressed every issue and request quickly and thoroughly, and his turn-around time on the actual rebuild was amazing. I hired Radiant Elephant to handle SEO for my Boston Business. I had worked with other SEO agencies, including some of the leading Boston SEO companies in the past and didn't see results. From the very beginning Gabe's approach was different. His SEO proposal was the most well-rounded and informative SEO audit I've seen. I'm 8 months in and my Google Maps rankings have increased substantially. Organic traffic is up and my AI search visibility is increasing. I'm getting about 75-100 more call a month which is great, but what's even better is that the quality of the leads is getting better. At month 7 I started to see a positive return. It’s so beautiful here every single time I go. No trash on the floors. Plenty of seating space, you can take a look at the Philly bridge, people skiing, the ferry, you can use the binoculars to look at the city of Philly a little closer. I’ve seen people fish here no joke, they caught a huge fish! The landscaping is so well done here. It’s also a great spot to be at for the new years fire works and on the 4th of July. I’ve added pictures of new years just so you can get a reference and what it looks like in the summer time too!

Nice views of Philadelphia. A good location for watching seasonal fireworks while avoiding overwhelming crowds, but arrive early because traffic, parking, and walking over take time during major events. There are limited facilities available.

I think I was scammed! Website looked awful! Spent a lot on marketing with zero return AND they absolutely are not local (USA) based! Very bad experience for me! They also sent my business name to be trademarked... Shouldn't I have gotten something stating that my business name is trademarked?? Super over paid! Bad on me, but a little pissed that I never received confirmation.

This place is a scam. Do not I repeat do not do business here. I was overcharged for web design services and overpaid when I had to create my own logo and create my own web content. They then tried to bribe me after paying thousands of dollars to them me that someone was trying to get my business name and get it trademarked and wanted me to pay and additional $2000 so that they could stop the person from using my company name. They then insisted that I wire them funds which I knew was shady and after refusing I looked up on the trademark website and confirmed they were trying to scam me. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and hoping to recover at least some of the money that I wasted on this company and their services.
