At Vaccine Systems, we were under time pressure to get our website up as entered an incubator and a grant process for our Covid-19 related medical technology. In less than 3 weeks, Dos Mundos Creative stepped up and accomplished that. In our first meetings, they listened to and understood our needs. Not only did they provide a great-looking website, but they also sharpened our messaging and provided a logo for which we have received many compliments. All this accomplished in a matter of weeks! in the 8 months since then, we have had two minor issues of our own making pop up with the website. I hired DMC right before Covid, and everything we had talked about in regards to design and branding I was ready to throw out the window as my whole world had shifted. We have been working successfully with GelComm and Patricio (Pato) Fuentes, their Principal & Founder, for many years now. They initially engaged Capitola Media to create and produce a series of videos for Oral-B (P&G) and Disney. Our deadline was incredibly tight, and firm. GelComm helped us craft a great script and accompanying storyboards. Casting went subsequently smoothly as well. Physical production was next, followed by a lot of late-night motion graphics work. Communication back and forth between us and Gelcomm was always efficient and collaborative. And we made our deadline. All three clients were happy, and we have since worked with GelComm on a number of different CPG packaging projects based on our first positive production together. We cannot recommend Gelcomm and Patricio enough.

Our firm had the privilege of working with First Scribe on a complete redesign of our website earlier this year. When we initially came to First Scribe, our website had not been significantly updated for a couple of years, and when it had been updated, the only modification made was to the color scheme. After meeting with us, First Scribe was able to provide us with several design options and layouts, which were aligned with what we were looking for. First Scribe was able to determine what we would like in a design layout, and they were able to pinpoint precisely what we did not want in our new website. Throughout the process, we did not feel pushed and we were able to take our time to come up with something we all felt comfortable with.The process that First Scribe used throughout our website redesign was very easy to use, and we were apprised of each step as it was being completed. First Scribe also provided us with an estimated timeline of when each aspect of our redesign would be completed. Our project manager, was a wonderful resource for our team, and he and the entire First Scribe team provided great feedback and guidance during our website redesign. Our questions were answered the same day and the entire First Scribe team was very responsive. Although First Scribe has various departments that handle various tasks, they all worked in cohesion.We are now working with First Scribe for our marketing needs, and we could not be happier. We highly recommend First Scribe to anyone that is looking to create or redesign their website, or promote their existing internet presence.
