Using A/B testing, the company determined a mix of lifestyle photos and screenshots of its app would be most effective. This strategy worked for Rinse in the past, and the company continues to test both its photo and its video ads.
To reach the right people with its ads, Rinse segmented its audience to target people aged 20-55 with a zip code in Los Angeles with ads different from those shown to people aged 20-55 with a zip code in San Francisco. Because the ads have a text component, Rinse decided to target only English-speaking individuals to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the ads.
The company also excluded people who had visited the Rinse website in the past, since this campaign was strictly for prospecting purposes.
Rinse set a manual bid, based on the statistical data it collected from earlier automatic bidding campaigns, and tracked the campaign using Facebook’s conversion tracking tools.

Recently, they have made acquisitions of two cable companies in southern Virginia and West Virginia. Research showed that consumers in the acquired markets were very skeptical of Shentel staying long term. There had been a track record of companies entering their market, only to exit very quickly.The Solution:We created a new brand strategy for Shentel that included a Vision Statement, Mission Statement, Positioning Statement and Brand Promise. The Brand Promise was “Making Deeper Connections.” Deeper connections with the customers and deeper connections with the communities that they serve. The expression of the Brand Promise, which is used in marketing communications, is “Always Connected to You.”As a “symbol of re-evaluation,” we contemporized the brand logo.The new logo conveys energy and connectivity via the multi-colored lines moving in tandem (representing Shentel, the communities and the customers). Chelsea develops, executes, and optimizes all paid social campaigns for Rock Candy Media's client's to increase lead acquisition, customer retention and overall brand awareness. Chelsea creates a custom-tailored plan of action that is unique to our client's industry.

In a saturated market, Malibu Rum was looking to position itself as the ultimate summer drink, and ensure that they were on top of everyone’s mind this season while building on the ‘Because Summer’ story. IMA developed a multi-layered influencer strategy to support Malibu’s 2017-2018 global campaign. Top-tier influencers were cast to appear in multiple digital videos and share their own spin on the #becausesummer theme, and a layer of micro influencers rounded up the promotion with personalised social media content.There were three main activations, which included a CSR partnership with Earthwatch, a hero influencer digital ad, and prank show stunt.

Starting a brewery is no small feat. Raising the funds to build a brewery is even more difficult. Haint Blue Brewing Company approached us to help them crowdfund investments for their brewery and taproom. We knew it would require a compelling story to convince people to invest in a startup that is in a highly regulated industry.At the very core of the crowdfunding campaign was the brand story. With nothing more than a business plan and some homebrews, we had to make people fall in love with the idea of Haint Blue Brewing Company. True to the brand, we made the rounds throughout midtown Mobile, meeting residents on the front porch and getting their take on the idea of having a brewery and taproom nearby. This allowed us to introduce the founder throughout the community, create brand ambassadors and generate authentic content for the crowdfunding campaign video.After roughly two and half months, we closed out the crowdfunding campaign to move forward with the build out of the brewery. Not knowing what to expect in the beginning, Haint Blue Brewing was extremely pleased with the result. We raised over $268,000 from 276 investors from all over the country, a 2,133% return on investment.
