It was a pleasure working with PUREi on a new Catalog Design. What seemed like a daunting task (data to design), ended up being an enjoyable experience.I’m an Art Director for a company that manufactures thousands of products. We were searching for a Design Agency with database-to-design integration. After viewing the Catalog Design samples on the PUREi website (along with other Design, Video and Photography samples), I had no doubt that the finished product would look beautiful.From start to finish, the project went smoothly. My Institute created a collection of 16 short videos as part of a parent education project. I was initially reluctant to hire a "small town" production company with prices far more reasonable than the big city bids we received. But my expectations were exceeded in every way. Purei was so professional all across the board: production, editing, directing the actors--in every way they were superb (and I'm a very tough customer to please LOL). We were working during the constraints of the pandemic and they moved things forward beautifully and sensitively. I cannot sing their praises enough, and am keeping my fingers crossed that my organization will find the funds to do another project so I can use purei once again.

Unfortunately, our experience with this Agency, which was in charge of the campaigns for our website, was not positive. Despite the initial expectations and the invested funds, we did not see any improvement or any results that would correspond to the efforts and finances expended. On the other hand, I appreciate the fair approach, as they admitted that the campaign was not successful and invoiced only half the amount. For this reason, I give two stars instead of one.

We recently contacted this studio again to work on visualizations for our new product. We have a complex technical device, and it's impossible to show it live on video. The guys drew everything in 3D: the angle, the lighting, the movement mechanisms—it looks just like real life. From Uruguay, and after several days of trying, as communication wasn't fluid, we managed to reserve tickets approximately a month in advance. Three hours before the show began, we were notified it was canceled, and of course, we couldn't find tickets for another tablao. The lack of seriousness of the place is a shame, since beyond taking away the opportunity to enjoy the art of flamenco, which I respect so much, they also lost the opportunity to spread it, because the rest of the people who accompanied me haven't had the pleasure of experiencing this wonderful art form until now. A lack of respect in every sense. A complete disappointment for this place.
