Our product had grown past what its original design could support, and we needed a partner who could dig into the product itself, not just refresh the surface, without breaking what our users already relied on. Our goal was to create the kind of tool that could truly streamline operations and replace the patchwork of systems many teams rely on today.Habitat helped us shape the product from scratch, starting with a short discovery phase to define key personas, map workflows, and prioritize core features. One of their biggest contributions was rethinking the booking flow around how agents actually work, selecting a client first, then proceeding with accommodation search, which felt far more aligned with real-world use. They designed a tidy dashboard with filterable tags and collapsible navigation that scales with volume. They also built in thoughtful touches like a lightweight quote tool, allowing agents to send branded PDFs to clients quickly. Visually, the UI leaned into a minimalist B2B style with a modern feelstructured, calm, and clear. They based the design system on Tailwind UI, which gave us consistency and made handoff to development faster and easier.The final result was a polished, clickable prototype that our client has already started showing to early pilot users and investors. Null Station produced a 90-second 3d launch video, and the entire process took around 30 days. In the beginning, we had 23 calls with the team to discuss our product, our target audience, and my thought process regarding what the video should look like. On the second call with Null Station, we discussed the team's thoughts and reviewed the work they had put together. We went through the pieces the team came up with, describing what would be suitable for the video. On our third call with Null Station, the team presented a script on paper stating the video's dialogues and how the story should be laid out. The team allowed me to make changes throughout the process. About ten days after we started the project, the script was confirmed, and Null Station produced the actual video. The video involved in-house voiceover, and the team hired a professional person to do it. Once the video was done, I could request a couple of changes. Null Station managed the video process from start to finish, including visualization and sound edition.We presented the video created by Null Station to around 40 people, including our team's executives and persons from our target audience. We could see how the audience's faces lit up when watching the video.Null Station's work was top-notch. I didn't request many changes to the final video because their work was excellent. Null Station's quality was fantastic.I am still working with them and would love to recommend them if anyone is looking for a reliable Animation service for there business.Funny enough I've worked with them on several advertising projects too they always come up with weird ideas that somehow become some of the successful campaigns for my company history haha.Love you guys"
