I have had the pleasure of working with Sutherland and Weston for 1.5 years now. I interviewed four other Maine marketing companies before contracting with Sutherland Weston. I wanted to work with someone in Maine as we are also Maine-based, but I chose them for many reasons. For starters, they got back to me quickly. I also felt prepared for the meeting because of the site's content (I liked their transparency). Cary, one of the owners, took the time to understand our needs. Other companies only asked us a few basic questions or never really took the time to get to know us and what we needed. Cary did not just regurgitate back what I said I needed but took the time to ask me questions and learn our strengths and weaknesses. From there, Sutherland Weston helped us build a strategic course of action that works amazingly well (I run the numbers, so I know this firsthand). This included creating and updating content on our website, E-books, videos, and other wonderful content for our customers. They also genuinely care about our business and success - this is obvious in every interaction I have with them. Each time we do a project, I come away better at marketing.
