January 2020 Confianz took over the maintenance of our Odoo ERP system from our previous Odoo partner. Anoop put together a dedicated team who analysed our system and worked with us on a plan of improvements and upgrade of the whole platform.Our platform had been heavily customised over the years. Unfortunately lot of the custom code and apps had not been properly documented nor followed Odoo's best development practice, causing random issues and an unstable platform.The Confianz team removed poorly developed apps and website, and replaced customisation with new code following Odoo's development methodology.The result is a very stable and robust system.It is great working with them. We don’t have an inhouse development team, so we have worked with Confianz using dedicated fulltime resources. It is same as having your own highly experienced IT team with extremely good understanding of the whole Odoo platform.All work is well managed with weekly review meetings, where the team reviews progress and demonstrates work in progress. This is very useful setup because it enables direct communication with the development team and identifies quickly any gaps in requirements and the solution.I highly recommend Confianz. The development team is highly experienced and clever bunch. They will tell you if you are asking for customised features that can be achieved using core functionality instead. They will not lead you down a wrong path just because you think it is the way to go.The President of the company, Anoop, is truly exceptional character and honourable man. He has built a company with great team which you can trust.

CC communications is an Ok isp here is what it hasPros:it's fastit's reliableit's affordableThis company has good speeds their consistantly what you paid for with little to no down time in the 5 years i've used them.and at 70$ for 150up and down that's a tough price to beat in the area i found my self inThis cons from this company are very specific and you should read this if you play online video games.the cons are that this isp seems to block a ton of peer to peer connection ports making quite a few games using p2p connections essentially useless and unplayable without a VPNand even them some games like DOTA2 don't work even with a VPN.the customer service is a joke when asking for an explanation or way to fix it they offered no real help and just said that's how it's going to be and even tried to imply it wasn't to do with their internet service, but after switching ISPs to Spectrumall those issues disappeared almost as if it was their service causing it. Even outside of games i've had several programs that connect to the internet to conduct actions on the program and with cccomms they would always cut out and think they've lost connection despite not losing connection in any other programbut once again after changing Isps my problems vanished. so be careful and make an informed descision

And for the business that I needed the website for he definitely went and did his homework.. Not only do I suggest him but I hope one day I can hire him full time to be my programmer... There's no 2 ways about it the kid is talented.. I do not believe it fate I believe everything happens for a reason and I couldn't be more happy with the website that I've got from him it is professional it looks great and it is equivalent to all my competitors... At a working man's price you can not go wrong with this company.. Thank you Antoine honestly, from the bottom of my heart. everything that you've done for me, every phone, call that you've taken from me you drove from Charlotte North Carolina to Erie Pennsylvania to have lunch with me??? because I wanted to sit down and talk.. We have worked with Flagship City for many years. The website server itself we have never had a problem with. As far as customer service Antoine is always quick to reply and extremely helpful. Even if we contact after hours we get a quick response even though it is not expected on our end. He goes the extra mile to help us out with any issues we have. Most recently we had a problem with our Google accounts. We couldn’t get direct help from Google very easily but Antoine was there to give us assistance even though our problem didn’t have anything to do with his business. We would highly recommend.
