They took the time to understand the message I wanted to convey and aligned both the design and text copy. We just started working with Sher Agency this year, but it has been a wonderful experience so far. Led by Sammy and Leah, they designed and launched a new website for us that is a phenomenal upgrade. The look is modern, the language is clear and direct, and it matches the vision we gave them very well. Please note that this process will take time - it took 2.5 to 3 months for ours. I was under the false impression that it would be faster.Axel has been working with us on updates since then, and he is as responsive as anyone I have ever worked with. We had some immediate changes that needed to be made, and he jumped on them the same day until everything was correct.Bum-Soo has started working on our Google Ads, and he knows his stuff. He suggested some great changes and explained clearly why they were needed. The results of Google Ads and SEO are yet to be seen - I will have a better idea after a few months.This team is professional, hungry to do a good job, and provides excellent service overall. They are pricey - but there is a HUGE difference between their work and what you get hiring someone for a lot less on Fiverr. Would recommend.
