Super disappointed with our experience with USD. Things started off great. We had 2 or 3 full day working sessions to review requirements and allow USD to get an understanding of our needs. When it came time for USD to produce an estimate on the scope of work, they completely went silent. They won't answer our calls, texts, or emails. If the project was beyond their capabilities or they didn't have the capacity, then they should have just said so. It was a really frustrating experience and honestly a huge waste of our time. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for software development.
