I reached out to Sleepless Media after the company I originally chose to work with to transition from BigCommerce to Shopify did an awful job. Hiring practices are questionable. I had applied in April to a role and they gave me an assignment to complete for 3 hours on a Sunday. Turns out I found out a friend of mine also was interviewed for a different position but also given a similar 3 hour assignment. Makes me think they are using interviews to get free work done. After our assignments we were both told we'd hear back in a couple of weeks which is obviously code for we didn't get the job.
