I hired DMC right before Covid, and everything we had talked about in regards to design and branding I was ready to throw out the window as my whole world had shifted. I am a musician and I do live events and with Covid, I had NO idea what to do. Kana and her team met with me regularly throughout 2020 helping not just talk about my website (which I hired them to do), but go above and beyond and help me with everything – pivoting, new ideas, how to build on what I have, mental health... I MEAN EVERYTHING). They truly gave me so much life through a very dismal time. I felt inspired and excited for what could come next, even if it might have to wait for 2021. They worked with my budget and created something magical – even better than what I could imagine. I have had some hiccups on my side, and they've been there all along responding very quickly! I truly don't know what I would have done without them. They take my crazy ideas and flow and turn it into something that is very easy to understand. Dos Mundos Creative is more than just a branding, website design/building agency... they are the real deal and the full package and make you feel just as important as a client with a huge budget. This is a terrible company and certainly does not care about it's customers or helping brands. I called to speak with a representative of the company and without even talking with me about my needs, they reply by saying "we are not interested in working with you" and then hung up. It was very unprofessional and just shows how much they value the people that are paying their bills. I would not ever recommend reaching out to this company or consider using them in any capacity. - in response to your company’s reply: since I cannot reply to your response. I will add to my original review. The fact that you want to try and play it off as if I called the wrong number is almost as comical as you guys having someone go leave a fake positive review after I left a negative review about your company. You’ve never received a single review on your company for the entirety of you being in business and then somehow one hour after I left a negative review you magically have someone leave a positive review try and refute what I said. I will attach a photo of my outgoing call to the number on your website showing I did indeed call and talk to one of your representatives who is out collecting any data on what we were hoping to hire you for, tell me they are not interested in working with our company.

We are currently working with Nimaroh to do a full redesign of our branding and website. The experience has been an awesome one so far. Here is one of our experiences that highlights who Nimaroh is most. After a first pass of our website redesign we liked the attempt but not fully. We gave very precise and clear direction on what we didn't like and would like to see different. A week later we were set to meet to see the updates and I was nervous about what we would see and that the edits would miss the mark.....BOOM absolutely blow away by the updates. The feedback was carefully listened to and iterations were made in a way that showed they listen to their customers but also know what they were doing. I will say I trusted them from the beginning but after this I had no doubt in their ability and professionalism. The final thing I will say is I don't know how many projects or customers Nimaroh currently has ( I am sure its lots) but every time we interact it feels like we are their only customer and priority. They never forget who you are, where you last left off, or feedback you provided. It's like working with a friend you can trust. 10/10

I came across the owner, Max, on Instagram. Watching his videos, I knew that he understood not only that a website should look good, but that it should be able to take your website visitor on a journey to take the next step. In my case, to schedule a call. After 1 meeting with him, I knew that Sher Agency was the right fit for the job of redesigning my site. Working with the project manager Sammy, and the designer Leah was so smooth. They took the time to understand the message I wanted to convey and aligned both the design and text copy. Not once did they complain or argue with me when I wanted a change - essentially never letting me feel like I was being a pain (which in many cases I was - cause I’m a stickler for details). The new website has now launched and I’m already seeing in uptick in the time people Spend on my site and the number of calls that I am getting. I have now chosen to hire them to help me with search engine optimization. Great Team. Great Experience. Great Work!

We just started working with Sher Agency this year, but it has been a wonderful experience so far. Led by Sammy and Leah, they designed and launched a new website for us that is a phenomenal upgrade. The look is modern, the language is clear and direct, and it matches the vision we gave them very well. Please note that this process will take time - it took 2.5 to 3 months for ours. I was under the false impression that it would be faster. Axel has been working with us on updates since then, and he is as responsive as anyone I have ever worked with. We had some immediate changes that needed to be made, and he jumped on them the same day until everything was correct. Bum-Soo has started working on our Google Ads, and he knows his stuff. He suggested some great changes and explained clearly why they were needed. The results of Google Ads and SEO are yet to be seen - I will have a better idea after a few months. This team is professional, hungry to do a good job, and provides excellent service overall. They are pricey - but there is a HUGE difference between their work and what you get hiring someone for a lot less on Fiverr. Would recommend.
