Their energy and attitude were attentive, patient, and intelligent.One of the most important parts I observed was the communication being CLEAR, and FAST.They were adjustable on everything, and affordable.*-------------------Additional details from our experience:Pros:-We did 1 full event with Black Ops, which included multiple services, however, definitely not all of them. That said - From this experience with them, I & the rest of our team observed no issues from Ramin or Wesley. I have no requests or feedback for them has they have dialed their business in for the services we needed. If anything, I received great feedback to optimize my part.-Highly adjustable-Great Communication-Clear and specific-Clean and professional, not to "Casual" nor stilted, preggish, or overly formal. Just good people who get it done!Cons:Only Con which is more of a reminder to all those looking for this service would be: Their energy type (attitude-personalities-etc) may not resonate with everyone. I am an educator with little interest in tinkering with my very simple personal/professional website other than adding and editing content. I discovered Ross and AIM back in 2016 when I needed help migrating and updating my antiquated Yahoo-based website I had created back in 2003. He accomplished this in a very streamlined way, and set me up with a WordPress site that I could easily interact with, and which basically ran itself. In the few instances that I have had to ask Ross for some help navigating WordPress, updating security settings, etc, he has been very helpful and generous with his time and advice. As someone who does not want to get bogged down in the details of web hosting, and who just needs someone to make it work for them, I highly recommend Ross and AIM.

I wasn’t going to say anything, but this place is so out of touch. For a juneteenth celebration the white lady who works there thought a picture of fried chicken with the words freedom would’ve been a good/acceptable ad campaign for a business I work closely with.Not to mention some of the things I’ve heard regarding how they treat their employees and they have no HR department.Well they do, but the HR lady is the bosses sister so…yeah…avoid this place at all costs.
