I discovered Ross and AIM back in 2016 when I needed help migrating and updating my antiquated Yahoo-based website I had created back in 2003. He accomplished this in a very streamlined way, and set me up with a WordPress site that I could easily interact with, and which basically ran itself. In the few instances that I have had to ask Ross for some help navigating WordPress, updating security settings, etc, he has been very helpful and generous with his time and advice.
