We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

I came into contact with Dutchworld a few months ago to implement Odoo 14. Despite the tight timing and ambitious deadline (we had to go live before the high season), we managed to set up a running system within a very short period of a few months. Dutchworld consists of a great group of people to work with, always ready, short lines and quick action.Every implementation has ups and downs and we had some hick-ups by opting for the latest version of Odoo and encountering a number of bugs, but this was not Dutchworld's fault and the contact with the Dutchworld developers is always very nice and straight forward. They are very solution-oriented and have provided us with good guidance. Even during the weekend, they checked to see if everything was running well and stable (from the servers to the production orders and deliveries). Certainly not a 9 to 5 mentality and that was greatly appreciated.We look forward to taking the next steps with Dutchworld in expanding and improving the ERP system and can certainly recommend this club!

When they did, DSWi ensured that it was accountable for its mistakes. I have been a client of Infinity for many years and feel disappointed that I need to leave this review.We raised a complaint last November - that only escalated to a complaint due to no account management - and the formal complaint has been completely ignored despite many many emails asking for progress - hence writing this review.Account management is very slow and not pro-active to act in clients best interests. Beware long term contracts and charging for items that are not needed especially in the fast changing world of technology.Support is very hit and miss. The type of firm that try and confuse non IT people using un-necessary terminology. Items on monthly invoices are really difficult to understand.After many years of using this firm I would now not recommend them to look after your firms infrastructure. Such a shame as they are a nice bunch of people but the service doesnt follow.
