I was contacted by one of Hire Better's recruiters for a position and after speaking with him, was asked to complete a personality profile and a writing sample so that I could be presented to his client. I never heard from him again and was contacted via email by an unknown person to send in a signed agreement. Again, crickets. Even though I may not have been a fit for the position, I think a simple follow-up email would have been appropriate. I sent personal information and communicated with the recruiter with the utmost of professionalism and respect. Trusting a stranger in the recruiting process is challenging enough without the additional sting of unreciprocated professionalism and respect.

I reached out to HireBetter on a recommendation from a business friend to help me find a new C-level opportunity. Connecting with them turned into one of my best experiences so far this year!The team of Kurt, Francisco, Tyler, Doug, Alisha, Robert, Kelli, Jill all took time to reach out, understand what I was looking for and offer their help. Keep in mind, HireBetter does not work for job seekers, they represent their client companies. Still, they made me feel like a part of their family. Over a several month period they went far outside of what I would expect from a regular search firm, by including me and other job seekers in weekly LinkedIn communication and networking events and making numerous job and networking introductions. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my closest family or friends to them. I expect to forever be connected with them.

I worked with the staff at HireBetter after seeing a job that they had posted and were trying to fill. My experience with all the staff and this company could not have been better. I worked with Gabriela Mallow,Abbie Martin and Stacey Beer. They helped me get a wonderful job and they were all an absolute pleasure to work with. They made me feel like a part of the family. They are so professional and personable and I wouldn't hesitate to refer my closest family or friends to them. If I do, I know that they would be well taken care of. My experience with them and this company was so exceptional that I want to keep in touch with them, just to see how they are doing! I have used recruiting agencies in the past for job placements and I can honestly say that this was top notch and the best experience that I have ever had. I contacted Acrux Staffing (4560 Great Oak Dr, North Charleston, SC) for my 2017 W-2.“Federal law requires all employers to send employees W-2 statements no matter how low earnings or wages are. These W-2 statements can be sent in either paper or digital form, and must be received by employees no later than January 31 of the following year. Employers must also file a copy of employee W-2s with the IRS.”

One of the worst places I’ve ever worked. They promise raises and don’t honor them. They will harass you until you hit your breaking point. They’re about to get a lawsuit from me and they won’t even contact me regarding owing me money. I’ve YET to get the rest of my check from them. I was put in for voluntary time off and then wrongfully terminated after that. Then they fired my boss and the rest of her team they’re just the worst places I’ve ever ever ever ever ever known

Worst company I’ve ever worked for! If you’re okay with poor training, high expectations with minimal preparation, and working for free then this is the company for you. They do mass hirings to keep their call que to a minimum then fires all the newly hired employees due to low call volume after only 2 month of working.
