My experience with the interview process was mixed.I successfully cleared multiple rounds, including HR, technical/practical assessments, and a final discussion with the HOD. I was also asked to bring all my documents for the final round, which created the expectation that the process was nearing completion.The main concern was the interview planning and communication. Multiple candidates appeared to be scheduled around the same time, which resulted in long waiting periods. After my final discussion, I waited for more than an hour while other interviews were still ongoing. Considering that candidates often take leave from their current jobs and invest their time and travel expenses to attend interviews, better scheduling and communication would have been appreciated.I had taken approximately 1.5 days of leave to participate in the process. Despite completing several rounds, I was informed that the company wanted to further evaluate candidates before making a decision. While I eventually received feedback, it was not shared on the same day as indicated, which made the process feel unnecessarily prolonged.To the company's credit, the final feedback was professional and detailed. However, the overall candidate experience could be improved through better time management, clearer communication, and more structured interview scheduling.My advice to future candidates and potential joiners is to thoroughly research the company, read genuine employee reviews, and speak with current or former employees before making a decision. An interview process is often the first impression of an organization's culture and working style.Sharing my experience to help others set expectations and make an informed decision.

We are an amateur astronomical organization which needed book scanning and document scanning to digitize records over a 50 year period from 1969 to 2009. We found Avantix on the Internet and contacted them for assistance. From day one, they were great to deal with, explaining their processes and quality assurance system, and giving us a detailed quote after we provided them with a sample of the various type of records. The job has now been finished to our complete satisfaction. The ability of Avantix to handle papers of varying sizes and to deal with staples is impressive. The names of all files and folders are exactly as we specified. We are impressed with the quality of the images from the scanning process, and the Adobe Catalogue facility, which allows searching an index on words and phrases across the entire body of digitized records, is nothing short of amazing. We also considered that the price we paid was very reasonable.

He borrowed a significant amount of money from me, a repayment was promised within a few days but despite multiple follow ups and repeated commitments it still has not been fulfilled.I made every effort to resolve this issue privately and respectfully over the past month but received no proactive communication, only vague and shifting excused. After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen.There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential.The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.

If you have another offer in hand then please don't choose Tatvasoft. More pollitics not employee friendly environment no festival celebration no facilities.Even not good colleagues.Management is also biased, they only listen to higher authorities like managers vp.
