This company is not at all transparent in their operations. There isn't a phone number published on their website, and none of their employees have a phone number in their signature. As a customer, it constantly leaves me in a state of stress because they only operate by email and take ages to reply. They have very high turnover, they apparently do not treat their employees well, and the management of our project is not at all what was promised.

My experience with the interview process was mixed. I successfully cleared multiple rounds, including HR, technical/practical assessments, and a final discussion with the HOD. I was also asked to bring all my documents for the final round, which created the expectation that the process was nearing completion. The main concern was the interview planning and communication. Multiple candidates appeared to be scheduled around the same time, which resulted in long waiting periods. After my final discussion, I waited for more than an hour while other interviews were still ongoing. Considering that candidates often take leave from their current jobs and invest their time and travel expenses to attend interviews, better scheduling and communication would have been appreciated. I had taken approximately 1.5 days of leave to participate in the process. Despite completing several rounds, I was informed that the company wanted to further evaluate candidates before making a decision. While I eventually received feedback, it was not shared on the same day as indicated, which made the process feel unnecessarily prolonged. To the company's credit, the final feedback was professional and detailed. However, the overall candidate experience could be improved through better time management, clearer communication, and more structured interview scheduling. My advice to future candidates and potential joiners is to thoroughly research the company, read genuine employee reviews, and speak with current or former employees before making a decision. An interview process is often the first impression of an organization's culture and working style. Sharing my experience to help others set expectations and make an informed decision.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Single Point of Contact (SPOC). Despite being awarded in unpaid wages by the California Labor Commissioner, SPOC and its leadership have failed to take any responsibility or make good on the judgment. In an effort to resolve the matter amicably and avoid further legal complications, I offered a settlement for just nearly 75% less than what I was legally owed. I was genuinely hoping for a fair resolution and gave every opportunity for SPOC to make things right. Unfortunately, even this generous offer was ignored. Their refusal to own up to their obligations reflects a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. Employees and contractors should be aware of how this company handles financial and legal responsibilities. If you're considering working with or for SPOC, I strongly encourage you to exercise caution and do your due diligence

Could you have some type of online information (via Google Maps, Your very own website etc) that would allow people to know who the owner, co-owner, management, etc are and some companies even give years worked with you, direct number or email to specific employees, how the owner came about owning and so on! I think the staff from the owner to the assembly people in the warehouse are all exceptional great down to earth people! It's always been very welcoming and accepted and I really like how the owner and management run this business!!! I was just noticing the lack of draw to this business, the missing information some like to read, future employees who'd want a better idea of who they will be dealing with and maybe how it all started to today and forgive me but a HUGE LACK of any attraction to your (what looks like online) ""boring, dull, lifeless" company! So why don't you change that because you are a wonderful caring family oriented down to earth courteous company plus so much more! I think you should make that know!

As a web developer, I was looking for a new web host for my clients. The previous host I used was bought out by another company, and their hosting became unreliable and their customer support virtually non-existant. So I looked for a new host that obviously had good reviews, 24/7/365 customer support, ColdFusion support, and competitive pricing. I was fortunate to come across EPhost. Their hosting just works. I don't believe there has been a single bit of downtime, or any issue for that matter, since I moved my clients to EPhost. And their customer support is top-notch. They have extensive phone support hours and respond to emails very quickly.
