The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner. **Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

The item they claimed to have shipped was the wrong weight (4lb) when the actual item in a box is exactly 6.1lbs. Ordered a product from them off of Amazon. They were never clear on shipping and claimed they sent to UPS but UPS says they never received. This company just wants to hold your money and when you finally call them on it they fold but if not they will hold your money as long as they can with no explanation as to why. They never reached out to me once until I called them up after I was past delivery time with not a single word.

I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role. Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional. Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided. They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well. Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless. My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

Have had nothing but great support from IntegriCom since we started working with them. Most recently I had an issue with the 'new' Microsoft Outlook email. Not sure what happened on my laptop but it made me reset my Microsoft password and set up Outlook again and then I had issues logging in and having 'denied access' messages. Luckily IntegriCom found the issue that was basically a conflict in my system causing the denied access. Just took giving them control/access of my laptop and I was back up and operational in 10 minutes. So appreciative of their support and responsiveness.
