I used this company for one of my books that I recently published. They falsely represented that they could get me into best seller status, which would help boost my sales. In reality what they did is something I can do on Amazon myself which is freely promote my e-book edition of my book. So while this temporarily boosts algorithm on Amazon for that category only it does nothing to help the rest of my book editions sell. I’m disgusted with how this company represents what they actually do and the fact that I paid a bunch of money and have zero results to show for it. I do not recommend you use this company as you will waste your money and your time and end up in the same spot you would be in if you did it yourself.

Horrendous service. We reached out to Day Translations for assisting with an important USCIS interview for our client. We paid the fee and everything was ready. Then, on the day of the interview the client is waiting outside the location and there is no translator to be found. He calls Day Translations and they tell him on the phone that his interpreter pulled out of the interview for "emergency reasons". Not only did we loose a key interpreter 30 minutes before the interview, Day Translations did not even notify us about it and if we didn't call to check, we would be completely screwed. We then had to scramble ourselves to provide an alternative because they couldn't. And they refused to compensate us for the sunk costs we incurred by getting a last second translator. Would never recommend this horrible company to anyone.

I had a great experience working with Day Translations for a USCIS interview. Our interpreter, Carlos Güiza, was truly excellent. He was very cordial, professional, and kind, and made us feel comfortable right away. The interpretation itself was flawless, but what really stood out was how helpful he was in explaining parts of the process as we went along. That made a big difference for us. I also want to highlight the broader team. We had a few logistical issues on our end, and they were very responsive, tried to reach us, and still made everything work smoothly. That level of professionalism was really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend their services.

When I asked why the cost had jumped, Jason sent a hostile email full of curses instead of an explanation. Based on my experience and what I have read elsewhere it seems like a serious warning sign. I did a complex translation test for language scientific. I was advised that my services were declined based on a subjective "review"; their words and does not accurately reflect the true test score as no words were identified. Some of the words used in their translation test is not proper source language vernacular and seems to have been taken from another translated version. I would not recommend to another translator as the company will not send test translations for external review but relies on internal subjective review that does not comply with industry standards.

My job uses this company as our interpreter service they provide very poor service, every interpreter you get is very rude for no reason, half of them do not interrupt for you I had one tell me I don’t interrupt names it’s quite literally your job, I had another one hang up on because I asked him to repeat something, this week I had a interrupter who was very rude from the beginning of the phone call he had a attitude there was a lot of background noise on his end so I asked for him to repeat something he did not like that and when I asked if this person was new to our company the interpreter very rudely said I stated that from the beginning this company needs to do better I have never once had a good interaction with these interpreters and I use them almost daily
