Worst company I've ever works with awful. I would give them negative -100 if I could. Unfortunately google forces me to give a 1 star. I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with Visual Design Inc. to warn others who might be considering their services. Despite their professional demeanor during initial communications, their actions did not align with their promises, and the end result was highly disappointing. I initially paid them $10,000 for a project they assured me would be completed in a reasonable timeframe. However, over the course of a year, I was shuffled between different team members, and the project saw little to no significant progress. Their professional facade had nothing to do with delivering actual results. The delays and lack of accountability forced me to hire another company to pick up the slack, costing me an additional $3,000–$5,000 to get the project back on track. Moreover, due to their delays, I had to pay for AWS RDS Extended Support for an extra six months, incurring further unplanned expenses. In total, I ended up spending thousands more than anticipated, with a great deal of time wasted. I strongly advise staying away from Visual Design Inc. Their initial professionalism does not translate into fulfilling their commitments, and based on my experience, they may not deliver on their promises. We are still thinking about taking legal action.

Without warning, they 'archived' my website project and then tried to charge me $300 more dollars to 'unarchive' it. They wasted countless hours of my professional time and I still don't have a website. My advice is to avoid them like the plague.

⚠️ Honest Review – Worked Here in 2017 (Still Traumatized) I worked in this company back in **2017** for about a month. The **training period was 14 days**, and there was **no pay during training**. Your salary starts only from the day you hit the production floor. Even back then, the **basic salary was ₹8,500**, and to my surprise, I’m still seeing reviews from just 3 years ago mentioning the same pay — no growth at all. That says a lot. The **work environment was extremely toxic**. If you didn’t meet the required number of sales in a day, you would be **scolded publicly in front of 200–300 employees** by your **SME or team lead**. It wasn’t professional — it was humiliating. Even now, after having **6+ years of experience** working with reputed firms like **Accenture** and **Maersk**, I **still can’t forget the mental trauma** this company gave me in that short time. **Paid leaves?** Non-existent. If you take even **one day off without informing**, they **deduct two days' pay** — yes, two days for a single day of absence. The **only holidays** are based on the **US calendar** if you're in a customer support role (night shifts), and there are **no shift allowances, no cab, no transport support** either. ### 🚫 My advice: If you're considering joining — **please skip this company**. No job is worth your mental health, especially not for such low pay and harsh conditions.
