My combustion engineering business is very technical and we needed a video about a breakthrough new product we were marketing to Utility Power plants worldwide. Andy Linda took the time to thoroughly understand the principles that made the product work and therefore he was able to creatively contribute to presenting our subject with the very limited footage and photographs we had available. Merit Productions is truly top notch. I've used them for severl professional projects over the years as well as a personal photo shoot for my daughter with Scott.Professionally, they deliver outstanding work and always on time. While I am likely not their biggest client based on their online portfolio (like whoa! They do some big name business.), they always make me feel like we are.The studio sessions with Scott are also really amazing and he has always made my daughter feel very comfortable. We contracted with Inovit because of the quality shown on several of their website videos. They assured us that they could replicate that level of quality for us. After several months of revisions, we realized they just didn't have the ability to make it happen. We ended up doing their job because they refused to listen, producing videos that didn't come close to being accurate or professional. After months of trying to get a video that we liked, we gave up and lost our $3K deposit.

tl;dr - professional + personal = praiseworthyOur parish is part of the Diocese of Joliet restructuring plan. We were hosting a listening session where a diocesan representative would come to share information about the plan for our feedback. We wanted to livestream the session for those who couldn't attend as well as archive it to our website, so we looked for a company experienced in video productionSearching around, I found Brad at BP Video. I chose him because he was local as well as having experience producing video at a local Christian church. We had our initial meeting to walk-through and explain what we hoped to achieve, especially as this was a 1st time event for both of us. He has many ideas as though would be a challenging shoot - the speaker would be nearly fifty feet away and we'd have to shoot while remaining out of the view of the participants. Brad and his team was able to accomplish this for a very reasonable costI can't recommend Brad and his team at BP Video highly enough - in addition to their skills, they are faith-filled men. To me, this adds immeasurable value to the work they do

We had taken their services for the COP28. For the first time ever, we were planning on doing a news broadcast. It was seamless. As the project co-ordinator, I just had to ensure that each news segment reporter was ready with their script and available at the time of recording. Chris took the rest out of my plate. He worked with our photographers/Videographers to get them on the same page and then trained a few too actually. Then when it came to editing and stitching it together. I never looked into it and the next time I see is our episodes are going live daily on LinkedIn. It was a breeze working with them. There are on top of everything and have a certain standard so didn't have an issue with the output either. He coached me through how to execute it - the manpower needed, equipment, procedure.
