We have been working successfully with GelComm and Patricio (Pato) Fuentes, their Principal & Founder, for many years now. They initially engaged Capitola Media to create and produce a series of videos for Oral-B (P&G) and Disney. Our deadline was incredibly tight, and firm. GelComm helped us craft a great script and accompanying storyboards. Casting went subsequently smoothly as well. Physical production was next, followed by a lot of late-night motion graphics work. Communication back and forth between us and Gelcomm was always efficient and collaborative. And we made our deadline. All three clients were happy, and we have since worked with GelComm on a number of different CPG packaging projects based on our first positive production together. We cannot recommend Gelcomm and Patricio enough.

RUN AWAY from this company! Supposedly located in California. They sold me a package to design the branding, website, and social media for my company for $1500.00. "EVERYTHING" for $1500.00. Have paid over $6000.00 and I have NO control over the material I paid for. They send you everything in formats you cannot use or convert. They want to keep a hold of you to keep asking for money!!!!!! NEVER send anything to print through them!!! Ordered some business cards and brochures and have never received the brochures. To this day I have not received a single invoice or receipt of anything of what I have paid, including the design of the logo, the purchase of the domain and many other things. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I believe this company is a criminal enterprise. They are also known as Creative Company and Sketch Profs. Creative Company made a $2,500 unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account. When I protested the transaction, Uptown Logo Design provided a fake receipt, fake transaction and activity logs and fake emails supporting the charge to my account. It was an elaborate and thorough fraud. I'm sure they've used similar fabricated documents before with other people they've ripped off. I reported them to the FTC and FBI.

Most of the glowing reviews here don’t seem to be from real clients. My experience was the opposite.This company is grossly incompetent. They charged high fees but delivered sub-par work, riddled with delays and headaches that continued even after the contract ended.They were hired to design a web app, but the end product was so poor that I had to bring in engineers to fix the mess they left behind. There were issues at every stage of the project, from design to deployment.What stings the most is that I was the one who recommended them to my team because a friend knew the owner. I deeply regret that recommendation.The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is that the team, Lanre especially, were at least cooperative — but cooperation is pointless (and frankly annoying) when the work is fundamentally flawed.My advice: stick to using them only for basic website creation, and hire a skilled freelancer for more advanced projects.My advice to Chisom: It’s unfortunate that our experience turned out so poorly, because your company is a great concept with a lot of potential. Protect the brand you’ve worked so hard to build — the sweat and tears show — by investing in skilled engineers and raising delivery standards. Otherwise, you risk frustrated clients, avoidable disputes, and damage to the reputation you’ve worked to establish.

Well, i don't know where to start...My family owns a custom designed furniture business for over 30 years. I, so to say, inherited this little business from my father. He is a strict old-fashioned men with strict old-fashioned taste. Back in 2001 he went with some web-design company and created a website that he liked and we've been using until November of 2016. I have never been happy with the website we had.First of all it looked bad, nevertheless it functioned ok, so i could live with that. In the end of last year the website started to glitch. Pictures didn't load and it took forever to open a website. I had a big presentation on big screen coming up right before Christmas. And wanted everything to work perfectly well. I found Webworks agency on Yelp and decided to go with them, because all other places I called gave me the estimate that was waaay beyond my expectations. They said that it was before Christmass, blablabla, the deadline was too close, so they agreed to work on my website, but for IMMENSE amount of money. And there was Webworks agency, it seemed that holidays didn't mean anything to them. They looked at my website and told me straight that it looked "like somebodies nightmare" And I was 100% agree with them! I like straight forward people. What we both agreed on is that they would create the whole new website for me. I already had all the content and high-quality pictures, so we used that, but the structure, the look, the design, the colors of my new website were absolutely different. It finally looked "Expensive", professional, the website i would want to show and proudly say "take a look at my company".Needless to say, the presentation went great! And 2017 started for me with a new website and new clients!
