We have been working with Phase 3 for over 10 years. They have printed over 500 plaques for our Worldwide Daffodil Project. The creative support and customer service has been fantastic. Recently the number of sites participating in the Daffodil Project has grown significantly and coordinating printing and shipping was becoming an issue for us. This year we started using Phase 3's MediaLink system. It has been great. We have control over the ordering and are provided the tracking information. Using their large shipping account our cost of shipping is much lower. As we continue to grow it's great to have Phase 3/MediaLink as a partner in this effort.

This company persistently engages in harassing telemarketing calls despite being told a half a dozen times to be taken off their list and that we are on the New Jersey do not call list they insist on calling multiple times per day in direct violation open New Jersey Consumer Fraud act as well as federal law. I will address this to the owner or CEO this is your official cease and desist if you continue to harass us with telemarketing calls we will file a federal complaint as well as a complaint with the consumer affairs Department you have been warned

I had pre-created Wix content that needed refactoring into a new proper web site. It needed new design and refactoring of pages. Despite not being familiar with the industry their first attempt was their only attempt as it was overwhelmingly correct. Some tweaks here and there which took them less than a day and done. The design was very good, communication via email was very good. When I say they are responsive I mean they are very responsive. The pricing was also reasonable. Overall the deliverables were first rate.Don't both with free lance workers and don't bother with mega dollar huge factory type web firms. A high degree of pragmatism was applied by JSMT reducing costs and speeding development time all without compromising design and function.

I hired a local guy to build my website, but he could not handle the ongoing maintenance and hosting challenges and quit that business and I had to find a new hosting partner, but fast. Keep looking. If you are considering iMedia for website development services, especially on a CMS you can do way better. Working with these folks starts off great and goes bad fast. Expect lots of problems, gross delays and finger pointing from start to finish. Very poor QA/QC! Management is not focused on the customer and is distracted by other ventures.
