Exceptional Team.This is our experience with Black Ops Agency, hopefully to those reading this will help and finding the right AV team for you.I recommend Black Ops Agency.Background: hosting an in-person austin event requiring microphones, speakers, and full recording with 4 angles.From the beginning of contact to the conclusion of the event, Wesley & Ramin were incredible. Their energy and attitude were attentive, patient, and intelligent.One of the most important parts I observed was the communication being CLEAR, and FAST.They were adjustable on everything, and affordable.*-------------------Additional details from our experience:Pros:-We did 1 full event with Black Ops, which included multiple services, however, definitely not all of them. That said - From this experience with them, I & the rest of our team observed no issues from Ramin or Wesley. I have no requests or feedback for them has they have dialed their business in for the services we needed. If anything, I received great feedback to optimize my part.-Highly adjustable-Great Communication-Clear and specific-Clean and professional, not to "Casual" nor stilted, preggish, or overly formal. Just good people who get it done!Cons:Only Con which is more of a reminder to all those looking for this service would be: Their energy type (attitude-personalities-etc) may not resonate with everyone. I came across the owner, Max, on Instagram. Watching his videos, I knew that he understood not only that a website should look good, but that it should be able to take your website visitor on a journey to take the next step. In my case, to schedule a call.After 1 meeting with him, I knew that Sher Agency was the right fit for the job of redesigning my site.Working with the project manager Sammy, and the designer Leah was so smooth. They took the time to understand the message I wanted to convey and aligned both the design and text copy. Not once did they complain or argue with me when I wanted a change - essentially never letting me feel like I was being a pain (which in many cases I was - cause I’m a stickler for details).The new website has now launched and I’m already seeing in uptick in the time peopleSpend on my site and the number of calls that I am getting. We just started working with Sher Agency this year, but it has been a wonderful experience so far. Led by Sammy and Leah, they designed and launched a new website for us that is a phenomenal upgrade. The look is modern, the language is clear and direct, and it matches the vision we gave them very well. Please note that this process will take time - it took 2.5 to 3 months for ours. I was under the false impression that it would be faster.Axel has been working with us on updates since then, and he is as responsive as anyone I have ever worked with. We had some immediate changes that needed to be made, and he jumped on them the same day until everything was correct.Bum-Soo has started working on our Google Ads, and he knows his stuff. He suggested some great changes and explained clearly why they were needed. The results of Google Ads and SEO are yet to be seen - I will have a better idea after a few months.This team is professional, hungry to do a good job, and provides excellent service overall. They are pricey - but there is a HUGE difference between their work and what you get hiring someone for a lot less on Fiverr. Would recommend.

UPDATE: After ATX responded to this review, i wanted again state that I am the co-owner of the logistics business. For minor projects such website re-design, there is only 1 person of contact. Although I was not Daniel's designated point of contact for this project, I was actively engaged in the decision-making process and included in all correspondence. I am also going to address the claim ATX messaging prior to the start of the meeting which is false. I have added photos with time stamps of the messages and calls. Daniel (ATX) texted AFTER the start of the 10am meeting to say he would be "a few minutes late" and finally called at 11:04. As you can see, he takes zero accountability for his actions. If you have to be dishonest to defend your argument, you should consider changing your unethical business practices.Initial review: We hired this company for a website development redesign. As co-owner of the company, I felt inclined to share my experience to warn others who may be considering using this company. We had a website prior to seeking services but wanted to use a company who had a hands on approach and worked closely with its customers to execute our ideas and vision for the site. We had a consultation with Daniel and explained in detail what we were looking to accomplish with him redesigning the site. We felt confident that he could deliver but that was far from what transpired. We paid $1,000 upfront. There were grammatical errors and misspellings on the renderings. We spent countless hours piecing the website together and doing the very thing that he was paid to do. When we submitted revision requests, they were disregarded. We sent examples of photos that we liked due to him using irrelevant photos for the line of work that we offer. He disregard and never made the changes after we asked in writing several times. When we requested motion photos, he used photos from our existing site instead of redesigning the site with new ideas. This showed his lack of effort and creativity. We scheduled a call for the owner of our company to discuss the many frustrations we were having with Daniel. Daniel texted the owner AFTER the owner had been waiting for him to show for the call to tell him that he would be a "few minutes" late. The owner waited over an hour for Daniel before Daniel called. By this time, the owner could not take the call as he was off to his next meeting. There was correspondence of approximately 40 emails and a detailed Google doc to Daniel in the development stages to try to make this work as we had already paid him $1,000. He was incompetent and took zero accountability for his actions. He had an excuse for every unresolved issue. We decided to seek other avenues to redesign the site. No changes has been made to our site. It looks the exact same as it did before we found this company and he has pocketed $1,000 of money he did not earn.
