1. How to Understand Your Cat Behavior Better | Cat Interaction by Animation Builders

Standout Features:

  • Educational and entertaining
  • Moving pictures
  • Restricted animation

If you want to befriend your troublemaking furry roommate, take a couple of minutes to find out how to speak “Catonese”. How to Understand Your Cat Behavior Better is an educational and fun animated video design, created by Animation Builders.

In it, there are lots of static illustrations moving left and right on the screen as the narrator’s voice elaborates on the visual storytelling and teaches us how these creatures communicate with us.

The video frequently changes background colors and settings, and we can differentiate two styles of artwork in it. The people and various items follow a more deliberate, stable style, whereas the cats are presented in a funny, quirky art style that will make you giggle!

The animation is restricted to smaller segments, portraying blinking or hand movements on a static model. It’s also used to deliver bold typography that cements the lesson learned.

2. Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute by Cognitive Media

[Source: Cognitive Media]

Standout Features:

  • Comic-book artwork
  • Forming a bigger picture
  • In-depth explanation video

The Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute, a 50-year-old Swiss think tank, collaborated with Cognitive Media and the agency helped GDI introduce itself through an intriguing in-depth explanation video.

The animation style shows a white canvas slowly filled with digital sketches that slowly form a large comic-book artwork. As the video begins with the inception of the institute, we see a small frame with little details that slowly evolves into a full sketch of the institute with tons of people involved with it.

The illustrations keep following the narrator’s script, accurately bringing his voice into vivid pictures to finally scale out to where it is now, forming a bigger picture full of tiny details that got it to the present day.

Another cool aspect of the video is that it uses a limited color scheme, one that adds branding value to the video – with only several shades of green breaking the monochromatic monotony and contributing to its overall freshness.

3. White Label Animation by Animation Outsourced

Standout Features:

  • Animated collaboration guide
  • Bright, vivid colors
  • Upbeat background music

Working with Animation Outsourced on any type of White Label Animation is a laid-back experience that adapts to your needs and requirements on the go. They even created an awesome explainer video on it, and the video encapsulates the experience with cool visuals and a funky tune.

The video opens with a comical way of addressing a common issue with freelance artists, showing us a chat box where the worried client asks for updates only to find out that they’re going to stay in the dark for a while.

After a brief frame presenting the brand on a white background, the video starts listing the wide range of services provided by the brand. However, that’s not all – this animated collaboration guide relies on bright, vivid colors and upbeat background music to persuade the viewers that with Animation Outsourced methodology, this process doesn’t have to be a hassle.

4. AARP Smart Driver 1-1 by RaffertyWeiss Media

Standout Features:

  • Road sign headlines
  • Pop-up sounds
  • Relaxed atmosphere

With so many unpredictable movements on the road, driving can be very stressful. So, RaffertyWeiss Media prepared an educational video design with a relaxing atmosphere to help (new) drivers relieve that stress and alleviate their fears.

The animation in this video presents a moving red car on a highway, every now and then arriving in front of a road sign. Each one, creatively, represents a headline or the lesson title, so the viewers can easily follow the guide step-by-step, making it cohesive and entertaining.

Apart from the soft tunes that support the slow, minimal visuals’ movement, we also hear a pop-up sound that brings the viewers’ attention to the most vital aspects of the video.

5. CipherMode Explainer by Astra Motion

Standout Features:

  • Expanding the network
  • Digital art style
  • Creative way of showing bad practices

Astra Motion had a difficult task in front of them: how to explain CipherMode Labs' complex technology in a short, easily comprehendible video. Thus oversimplified, the project ensures that everyone can get a full understanding of the brand’s work through a sleek digital art style that refers to its abstract, modern nature.

This design embodies several 3D elements that are either blue and white or red and white, slowly appearing on the screen as the initial stacked “building” expands into a wide network of intertwined processes.

Each blue model refers to successful data processing, whereas the common pain points are painted red, opting for a creative way of showing bad practices that are excluded from the CipherMode Labs system.

6. The Redkite Red Bag by BIG & SMALL PRODUCTIONS

Standout Features:

  • Heartwarming, gentle imagery
  • Soothing colors
  • Well-branded but user-oriented

Cancer is a dreadful illness. And no one needs to know more that they’re not alone in fighting against it than the children suffering from it, as well as their close ones. That’s why BIG & SMALL PRODUCTIONS helped The Redkite charity create a heartwarming video that lets these people know about its supportive Red Bag.

The video combines slow-paced transitions with gentle imagery, soothing colors, and heartfelt, hopeful tunes to deliver a kind message of encouragement. The animation showcases the contents of the bag, as it arrives in the hands of a worried family.

The well-branded visuals rely on the foundation's primary color (red) throughout the video, whereas the visual, textual, and auditory messaging focuses on providing support and assisting the family in this tough battle.

7. Leadview.io by The Explainer Agency

[Source: Leadview.io]

Standout Features:

  • Animated circular elements
  • Blurry to crystal clear
  • Wavy visuals

The Explainer Agency ensured Leadview.io gets a modern, stylish animated ad that’s as short as it’s precise.

The ad follows the troubles of the key figure: an animated figure looking at the screen, with circular elements mimicking the loading symbol and lots of wavy visuals next to it, reflecting the workflow.

First, he sees nothing but blurry boxes in front of him, cleverly illustrating the frustration of decoding the unknown traffic on your website.

As the narrator announces the product and explains its main features, letting you see which companies are browsing your site, the blurred boxes turn crystal clear, providing our protagonist with valuable insight.
