It seems like a school project where they never know what happened or who did what, and in the end, it's a collage of incomplete projects. As a small law office, we used AnswerFirst for about a year. We opted not to have calls recorded as their system has an irritating "beep" that sounds in the background while customers are on the phone. We thought things were going well. Several months later we signed up for CallRail, which recorded all incoming calls. We began to see a pattern of poorly handled calls. When we shared this information with management, and offered to provide the recording, they said "no thanks." The probems continued. For instance one caller asked if we did simple Wills. The AnswerFirst agent said, "No, we only do Estate Planning." After sharing these simple issues with management nothing changed. We asked if they could give us an adjustment to our bill based on the poorly handled responses. They said "No." We notified them this week we were switching carriers and they acted like they could care less. DO NOT use them as they cannot handle the simplest of calls.

My experience was the same as the first reviewer. Money provided and then they disappeared. It is a scam. They charge money through a 3rd party (payoneer) and via this practice banks don't seem to honor disputes, despite the advertised refund guarantee because they cite the payoneer terms of service as the disputable transacting party and not Woodbows/Triniter/whatever the same management sets up next. This is a practice financial institutions that care about their clients should clean up with changes to their processes and I also hold Payoneer responsible because they know Woodbows is a fraudulent operator and still keep them on as a client.

I believe this company is trying to scam my business out of money, and are doing the same to others. They also run a company called WoodBows, with the same team and the same address. And it looks like they're behind another company called Sprout-Flowers. After an initial 'consultation call', I decided to move forward and transferred them $699 for a virtual assistant to start working immediately for my business. They failed to deliver the service on time, they agreed to refund my money, and have since stopped responding to me. It has been more than one month since I last heard from them.

The building is a health hazard. Mold is billowing up from the carpet because of leaking roof, all day long you hear people sneezing from the spores. So what do they do? They blast the A/C to get rid of the smell of mold in the air. ivox won't be there for your long term health conditions, they're not even there when you feel unwell you're expected to make that time up. I recognize 90% of the positive reviews here to be management.
