I would like to share my experience with Amazon Attestation, which unfortunately has been very disappointing. My interaction with the company was related to arranging an insurance policy for my father. At the beginning, the process seemed straightforward, and the service fee was collected promptly.However, after receiving the payment, the company repeatedly made excuses and failed to provide the promised service. Despite multiple follow-ups, the insurance policy was never issued.As a result, I formally requested a refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any reimbursement to date, and my calls and messages have gone unanswered.Due to the lack of response and resolution, I have been left with no option but to raise a complaint with the consumer protection authorities.I hope the company will address this matter promptly and resolve the issue in a fair and professional manner.

Please listen to me...do NOT even try. Their company is run by a bot until you might FINALLY get an answer. For someone who you want to help you write or edit, this isn't it. They should have more personalization from the start. In my intial email I wrote back that I was turned off by the "bot" answer. Then they followed up and I went back and forth with "Aaron" that his information about my area of research was wrong, that I wished he was more personal, and that if he couldn't reply with a genunie response I'd share out. Sure enough every reply was a blanket response from "Aaron" letting me know I could call their company for more information. There are great companies out there who are REAL from the START. Keep looking! Do not give your money to a company who can't even try to engage and didn't train their bot to filter when they needed a person to take over.

Repeated silly errors in simple calculations and our team spent hours to check each commission statement which was frustrating and time consuming. And this all was £40 per hour charge to this company.Cherry on the cake was - hear this - several days delay in providing commission statements for all my team due to national elections in Uganda and internet disruptions there. My people were not paid on time and SmartPA refused to refund charge for the job.Beware!
