Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff. The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner. **Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

Well, I can only recommend this company for the logo. Otherwise, I really have to say that my experience was that the network wasn't right - and I had to pay extra for the phone calls for complaints such as a new but not working scanner/printer and the problem still wasn't solved. I see here the typical mentality of a "construction company" that promises but only delivers exactly if you monitor every step. Here, too, people like to talk things out of others, they like to be paid extra to fix the defects rather than trying to provide a real, sustainable service, and I don't see the willingness to admit the mistakes here.

We have been working with Invenio IT for about 7 years now. They support of Datto backup system and their support is nothing but the best. They have been great helping set everything up and since then, we just monitor the backups and really have nothing to do as it has been running flawlessly. We an rare issue do occur, I can contact Dale at anytime (I mean anytime, he had answer the phone like 2 am) and he will help in anything I need, whether to spin up a virtual server when one of our production server goes down or we get an error on one of the backups and he looks into it and either resolve it or give us the solution to resolve it. Also, when we needed to upgrade our Datto system, they really go out of their way to give you the best deal which should have cost us a lot but Dale came through and we have been backing up flawlessly. Overall, Invenio IT has great support and always there when you need them. I will recommend them to anyone and I will take them anywhere I go. Thank you Invenio IT, especially to Dale Shulmistra!

We've had Datto service with Invenio IT since 2015. While it's rare that we have issues, every time I need Dale's help he get's things done. It's really nice to have reliable service and one less thing to worry about these days. I would highly recommend Dale and Invenio IT.

All of the staff at Intelecis go above and beyond what is expected. The response time is super quick and they always follow up and make sure that our systems are working the way they should.
