One of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers in the country. Knowing I can call the support desk 24/7 for solutions, when we deal with real deadlines with real consequences, makes a huge difference for me as well as our staff. And, for the most part, we don't have to call the support desk because everything works. The only times I have to reach out is when we hire a new person, or add a new service or license. They are very pro-active and results oriented.

The company we hired to handle the IT services for our small business sold out to these guys and the service we received plummeted. We were paying a ridiculous monthly fee for managed IT services yet the few times we'd actually need help we would end up on hold forever and not receive calls back when promised. It took them almost two weeks to get a computer connected to our network and over a week to connect a new check scanner. **Edit: They were helpful with the offboarding process to our new IT company. The owner of the old company we had originally contracted with did reach out, which was appreciated. I really still feel that the IT services we were receiving were sub-par.

My experience with the interview process was mixed. I successfully cleared multiple rounds, including HR, technical/practical assessments, and a final discussion with the HOD. I was also asked to bring all my documents for the final round, which created the expectation that the process was nearing completion. The main concern was the interview planning and communication. Multiple candidates appeared to be scheduled around the same time, which resulted in long waiting periods. After my final discussion, I waited for more than an hour while other interviews were still ongoing. Considering that candidates often take leave from their current jobs and invest their time and travel expenses to attend interviews, better scheduling and communication would have been appreciated. I had taken approximately 1.5 days of leave to participate in the process. Despite completing several rounds, I was informed that the company wanted to further evaluate candidates before making a decision. While I eventually received feedback, it was not shared on the same day as indicated, which made the process feel unnecessarily prolonged. To the company's credit, the final feedback was professional and detailed. However, the overall candidate experience could be improved through better time management, clearer communication, and more structured interview scheduling. My advice to future candidates and potential joiners is to thoroughly research the company, read genuine employee reviews, and speak with current or former employees before making a decision. An interview process is often the first impression of an organization's culture and working style. Sharing my experience to help others set expectations and make an informed decision.

We hired flexsin technologies to build software for us in July 2022. They agreed to sign NDAs and all relevant paperwork. They prepared the NDA as they preferred it and sent it to us for review and signature. We reviewed the NDA and changed the Jurisdiction to UK and sent it back to them for a signature which they delayed in signing up to date. After they reviewed everything, they gave us an estimation of USD 17,000. They sent us a contract with upper price cap stating that any extra activities and costs incurred above the agreed upper price cap will be their responsibility and we as the client will have to pay nothing extra. They estimated the project will take 12-14 weeks. They started the project and assured us the NDA and Contract is getting sorted and they will send it over as soon as. Long story short flexsin Technology never honoured the contract and the price cap as the price started increasing past the price cap. It is now been 8 months since they started the project and they have not signed the NDA nor the Contract as agreed. We noticed they misspelt the names on the NDA and Contract. We asked them to rectify the spelling mistakes and they have refused asking us to Change the NDA that they wrote themselves to meet their interests. They are asking us to include on the NDA that UPwork will resolve disputes in relation to incorrect spellings on the paperwork and the NDA as if they are planning to make more mistakes. Up work is just a platform that brings developers and clients together, UPwork does not resolve spelling mistakes and unsigned paperwork. UPwork is NOT developing our software for us, we did NOT share the software information with UPwork, we shared information with Flexsins Technologies and above all Up work did NOT misspell or fail to sign the NDA or Contract, that was Flexsins Technologies mistakes to fix and NOT UPwork mistakes to fix. They are now asking to write another contract for more money probably with another price cap just to lure. They have agreed to send the assets back to us immediately. Called to speak to someone in IT regarding some of the technologies they have as it seemed as though they had some interesting offerings. I asked a guy (Michael Honore) to hear a bit more and he said "that's great, I'm working" and hung up on me. Perhaps he isn't working too hard as I tried calling the sales number on their website and it was the cell phone number of a former employee who hasn't worked there in a long time. Needless to say he had some not so nice things to say about this "disorganized and unprofessional" company.
