Typically, we had a meeting with our clients once every two weeks or once a month. During this time, we'd have a specialist from Devenup SEO join our account strategist to report on the results that were experienced during the period so far as well as make any recommendations for what could be done to pivot and improve. We saw a great ROI with our clients in working together with Devenup SEO. At the time, we didn't have great in-house capabilities for paid ads/PPC so Devenup SEO was excellent at providing us with a robust strategy for our clients and setting things up for success. I had this company double-bill my credit card, and they would not resolve it - so got billed both times. I had made an agreement with Abid M, who left the company before dispute was settled. I called one day to talk to Abid, but I knew immediately it was NOT Abid. The mannerisms and voice tone were different. I asked to be transferred to Account Pay to resolve the dispute and receive my credit. When Natasha (whom I find out later is the COO) answered, and said, "Thank you Reynold". I told her that Reynold answered the phone and identified himself as Abid. I said why are you impersonating ex- employees? I had had multiple problems before this incident, and disputes with multiple credit cards because they were not doing the work they had agreed upon. My site was never completed to standard. The only honest employees that got ANYTHING done on website left the company. This place is as crooked as they come. Find another web company.
