I hired Radiant Elephant to handle SEO for my Boston Business. I had worked with other SEO agencies, including some of the leading Boston SEO companies in the past and didn't see results. I had pre-created Wix content that needed refactoring into a new proper web site. It needed new design and refactoring of pages. Despite not being familiar with the industry their first attempt was their only attempt as it was overwhelmingly correct. Some tweaks here and there which took them less than a day and done. The design was very good, communication via email was very good. When I say they are responsive I mean they are very responsive. The pricing was also reasonable. Overall the deliverables were first rate. Don't both with free lance workers and don't bother with mega dollar huge factory type web firms. A high degree of pragmatism was applied by JSMT reducing costs and speeding development time all without compromising design and function.

I hired a local guy to build my website, but he could not handle the ongoing maintenance and hosting challenges and quit that business and I had to find a new hosting partner, but fast. They said, we'll host your site, but only if we can redesign it, more than anything, to fix bugs but to help you reach wider target audiences. This place is a scam. Do not I repeat do not do business here. I was overcharged for web design services and overpaid when I had to create my own logo and create my own web content. They then tried to bribe me after paying thousands of dollars to them me that someone was trying to get my business name and get it trademarked and wanted me to pay and additional $2000 so that they could stop the person from using my company name. They then insisted that I wire them funds which I knew was shady and after refusing I looked up on the trademark website and confirmed they were trying to scam me. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and hoping to recover at least some of the money that I wasted on this company and their services.
