This place is a scam. Do not I repeat do not do business here. I was overcharged for web design services and overpaid when I had to create my own logo and create my own web content. They then tried to bribe me after paying thousands of dollars to them me that someone was trying to get my business name and get it trademarked and wanted me to pay and additional $2000 so that they could stop the person from using my company name. They then insisted that I wire them funds which I knew was shady and after refusing I looked up on the trademark website and confirmed they were trying to scam me. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and hoping to recover at least some of the money that I wasted on this company and their services.

New Wave Digital and Henry Warner will not return my phone calls after hiring to work on my business web design. While I was not able to give the website the time and attention after the initial communication and work started, which resulted in a couple of pauses, when I was ready to resume, Henry began to be unresponsive and eventually did not return my calls and emails. I’m posting not because of lost investment, as it’s fortunately very little money, but because as a business owner myself, I would never not respond to a client. Letting someone know you don’t wish or do not have time to work on their project is the professionalism that is lacking at New Wave Digital that I would warn others of before engaging.

It’s so beautiful here every single time I go. No trash on the floors. Plenty of seating space, you can take a look at the Philly bridge, people skiing, the ferry, you can use the binoculars to look at the city of Philly a little closer. I’ve seen people fish here no joke, they caught a huge fish! The landscaping is so well done here. It’s also a great spot to be at for the new years fire works and on the 4th of July. I’ve added pictures of new years just so you can get a reference and what it looks like in the summer time too!

Techcelerant created an absolutely amazing logo for our company. Ariel and Adam maintained constant contact and everybody was incredibly accommodating, making sure we were completely happy with the result. We will definitely use them again for some of their many services tailored towards small businesses. Highly, highly recommend Techcelerant! UPDATE: After a great 1st experience with Techcelerant, we decided to hire them again to design our website. We hired them in April with a contract stating that we would have a completed website in 20-30 days. We paid them $500 upfront, at their insistence. As of October 22nd, we STILL have not received the website. I am a single mother with a disabled child and $500 is a lot of money for me! They don’t care. They (Adam in particular) have completely stopped responding to all attempts of communication, whether it be phone call or email. They STOLE my money. DO NOT HIRE TECHCELERANT. Listen to the other reviews. They will take your money and run, leaving you six months behind schedule and having to start over at square one!!!!

If you are looking to use this company, you may want to take a second to read over this review before you do so. This is one of the worst companies that i have worked with. In the beginning, it will seem great. They will tell all the things that you want to hear and you will sign a contract with them but BEWARE! Although you will sign a contract with them, they will not fulfill their end of their contract and at the end of the project, they will try to milk you for more money. Also, although the site is based in America, they hire people from China etc.. to do their work so although you will be shelling out American dollars, you are actually paying for someone in their house in India or China to do his/her job. All, in all, i was completely unsatisfied with the site that they did for me. Please feel free to reach out to me so i can tell you details and to show you receipts. I will even show you the contract! and how much money i paid for a project that really should have been half less than what i paid. I had to find others to clean up the mess this company made and the people that looked at my site said it was one of the worst that they have ever encountered!!!! Ps: I gave this company a “1” for effort…
