Horrendous service. We reached out to Day Translations for assisting with an important USCIS interview for our client. We paid the fee and everything was ready. Then, on the day of the interview the client is waiting outside the location and there is no translator to be found. He calls Day Translations and they tell him on the phone that his interpreter pulled out of the interview for "emergency reasons". Not only did we loose a key interpreter 30 minutes before the interview, Day Translations did not even notify us about it and if we didn't call to check, we would be completely screwed. We then had to scramble ourselves to provide an alternative because they couldn't. And they refused to compensate us for the sunk costs we incurred by getting a last second translator. Would never recommend this horrible company to anyone.

I had a great experience working with Day Translations for a USCIS interview.Our interpreter, Carlos Güiza, was truly excellent. He was very cordial, professional, and kind, and made us feel comfortable right away. The interpretation itself was flawless, but what really stood out was how helpful he was in explaining parts of the process as we went along. That made a big difference for us.I also want to highlight the broader team. We had a few logistical issues on our end, and they were very responsive, tried to reach us, and still made everything work smoothly. That level of professionalism was really appreciated.Overall, a very positive experience, and I would absolutely recommend their services.

These guys are the best!My wife is going through legal immigration towards becoming a citizen of the United States. We need to provide a translation (Spanish to English) of her birth certificate during the upcoming immigration interview.I wanted to make sure I chose the best, most experienced translation services to be sure that the translation document was done correctly.I searched online, and saw that most of the companies that do this in San Diego county had poor, or "mixed" reviews.Then I saw Imani Lee Translations.Excellent reviews across the board!***** Stars!It was easy meeting them, and they were very friendly and accommodating.We left the birth certificate there, and within a few days I received an email saying the official translation was ready for us to pick up.I recommend them, highly, to anyone looking to get official translations.I'll definitely refer them to anyone I meet in the future that is in need of this type of service.
