Stopped in for some Magic card boosters and was greeted warmly by all staff and the owner, who gave me a rundown of upcoming gaming events at the store. I was blown away by the complex schedule they keep - free play, draft play events, and more. The owner gives freely of his time to provide those events, and it's clear he cares.

Extremely judgemental, sad, employees. I recently moved to town and came in after work in my business attire. After getting a confused look from the associate up front, (not even a greeting). I started browsing, but everytime I looked up, I was being stared at which made me slightly uncomfortable. I moved towards the back and an associate there said hello, we had a short chat about comics and trading cards but they were rude to a younger customer that came in, it was unwarranted and I'm assuming either this is the employee's normal behavior or an elitist owner. I also couldn't help but wonder if the associate was under some sort of influence. After noticing the trading card prices are exponentially higher than I'm used to seeing in bigger cities, where that sort of pricing would make more sense; I took my leave not purchasing anything feeling underwhelmed. As I passed the associate up front, they still did nothing but continue to stare. Are they not used to the professional community? The store is tidy and organized but cluttered and the atmosphere/vibe is cold. Also not much of a variety for a hobby store. I would much rather take the trip to Milton Freewater to the hobby store there or even Gamestop would be a better choice. I do not see myself returning in the future.

LOVE TONY V.!!!! good guy cant say enough how much I appreciate him being a man of his word. I had an Issue with the web host of my previous site and after being promised a improved BETTER website that they completely bullshitted me on I was skeptical to let anyone else help me. Tony V. calls me and offered to make me a better website and I drug and slow poked with him because of my other experience but he came through and showed me he was a man of his word and did everything he said he would, I couldn't have asked for a better web site since I designed the first one myself and I'm not computer savvy!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH TONY V.

I had an amazing experience working with Steve! I already had an existing website, but he completely elevated it by improving its functionality. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and always made sure I understood what was happening and had the opportunity to provide feedback. One thing I especially appreciated was that he was willing to meet with me in person to discuss my ideas, wishes, and vision for the website. As a small business owner, your time is everything, and I felt the level of personal attention and communication he gave the project made the experience feel very collaborative rather than overwhelming. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand my business needs and the way I wanted my customers to experience my brand throughout the website. Now, every stage of browsing and ordering feels cohesive and intentional, creating a much stronger and more polished brand experience from start to finish. The final design exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with how everything came together. I finally feel that my website reflects my business branding and the vision I had in mind. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented, professional, communicative, and friendly web developer who genuinely takes the time to bring your ideas to life!

Working with Crystal and Oakes Creative House on the Marketing Roadmap Strategy for The Formal Niche was a game-changer! 🙌 After more than a decade in business, I knew it was time for a fresh perspective, but figuring out where to start felt overwhelming. It’s easy to get stuck in the routine of running things day-to-day and not step back to see the bigger picture.Crystal and her team gave me exactly what I needed—a clear, layered approach to marketing that actually makes sense. Seeing the order of how everything should be planned, the steps to take, and the way it all builds on itself was so refreshing. Instead of feeling like I have to do everything at once, I now have a real strategy and a clear path forward.Honestly? I’m so ready to dive in—or just hire Crystal and her amazing team to bring it all to life! 😆 If you’re looking for real strategy that works (without the fluff or confusion), Oakes Creative House is where you need to be!

From start to finish, working with Crystal and the Creative Oakes team has been a phenomenal experience. As a female-owned small marketing team, they understand the needs of a female business like The Yoga Spa. Crystal's team took the time to get to know our brand, values, and mission, which showed in the logo, brand design, and final website they created for us. Their attention to detail and creative vision truly brought our brand to life in a digital space. Not only does our website look stunning, but it is incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. The team at Oakes Creative House made sure to incorporate all the necessary information and features that our customers would need, such as a class schedule and online booking system integration. Working with them was a collaborative process, and they were always open to our ideas and suggestions. They kept us updated throughout the entire project and made sure to meet all deadlines. Their communication and customer service were exceptional, and they were available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the final result. The team truly exceeded our expectations and delivered a fantastic website for The Yoga Spa. We will continue to collaborate with them for all of our marketing needs.
