Worst company I've ever works with awful. I would give them negative -100 if I could. Unfortunately google forces me to give a 1 star.I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with Visual Design Inc. to warn others who might be considering their services. Despite their professional demeanor during initial communications, their actions did not align with their promises, and the end result was highly disappointing.I initially paid them $10,000 for a project they assured me would be completed in a reasonable timeframe. However, over the course of a year, I was shuffled between different team members, and the project saw little to no significant progress. Their professional facade had nothing to do with delivering actual results.The delays and lack of accountability forced me to hire another company to pick up the slack, costing me an additional $3,000–$5,000 to get the project back on track. Moreover, due to their delays, I had to pay for AWS RDS Extended Support for an extra six months, incurring further unplanned expenses.In total, I ended up spending thousands more than anticipated, with a great deal of time wasted. I strongly advise staying away from Visual Design Inc. Their initial professionalism does not translate into fulfilling their commitments, and based on my experience, they may not deliver on their promises.We are still thinking about taking legal action.

Without warning, they 'archived' my website project and then tried to charge me $300 more dollars to 'unarchive' it. Black Flag carried us from concept to production on a very complex website with multiple interest holders. Designing a website for the California Department of Education means that we serve a varied user base and must adhere to the highest accessibility standards. Black Flag took input from internal teams, educators, and other interested parties that would be accessing and using the site. They adapted their designs to meet the needs of various types of users, coming up with not only attractive design elements, but created code that added automation to eliminate some of the manual updates. Black Flag provided us with a high-quality product and were so much fun to work with along the way. A helpful tip: save some of your funding for ongoing maintenance because once you start working with them, you won’t want to stop!

Our company used Forix to upgrade and redevelop an existing Magento site to version 2.0. Project teams brought incredible communication skills and a meticulous management approach, which helped prevent derailment and mitigated disruption when unexpected challenges arose. They stayed on time and on budget, which is next to unheard of in website development.I have to call our two exceptional team members - Jessica and Kaitlyn were easily two of the most talented people I've worked with to date. As a former project manager, I can be incredibly critical of this skill, but Jessica managed the project flawlessly from start to finish. Kaitlyn, our UX designer, nailed all of our feedback and had impressive turnaround times.Overall, I would highly recommend Forix to any company considering launching or re-establishing their e-commerce platform.
