I’ve been working with Vardot for 2-3 years now, and their level of service is outstanding. From the RFP submission to the monthly maintenance and education, I am constantly impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and overall high quality of work. They deliver beautiful designs in extremely tight windows—we launched our entirely redesigned site in 6 months!—and for more reasonable fees than other companies. And the fact that they are headquartered in the Middle East allows for a natural 24/7 workflow that you would pay a premium for with other companies. And never once has there been a language barrier with customer service. Five stars out of four!

Hired Nikalabs a few years back because my website was a mess and I hated it. It was confusing, cluttered, and just straight up ugly!Originally I found these guys on yelp and I wanted to give them some love on Google My Business too!I own a carpet cleaning business in Santa Clara and I needed to find a company I could trust and feel comfortable with to build a great website. I called and talked to Ali over the phone I know that this was the right company and boy I'm glad I chose Nika Labs. I told Ali over the phone these exact words, "I want to build a clean, simple, yet elegant website" I wanted something that will be easy on the eyes and intuitive for my customers. I also expressed that there were two important tools that I absolutely needed 1) an online calendar 2) an online estimator tool. Ali, with confidence said, "We can do it no problem and we will optimize the site for both desktop and mobile web browsing". Ali's confidence assured me Nika Labs was the company to hire! He also said that once they are done I would be able to edit most of the text myself because they use Wordpress to build the site. I was sold and hired them to build the site.Ali and Nika Labs not only delivered they over delivered. They built a website I absolutely love! They listened to my every concern. My website is clean, simple, and yet elegant just the way I imagined it to be. I 100% love my site and can't stop looking at it. We hit some bumps in the road but Ali and Nika labs worked through them all. Extremely disappointing experience.I hired Starke Marketing to run my marketing campaigns. Over two months later, I’ve received no deliverables, no active campaigns, and no response to multiple emails or phone calls. Missed key sales periods like Memorial Day without any explanation or action. I ultimately had to terminate the relationship and request a full refund. No Refund was processed.If you value your time and business momentum, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company overpromises and severely underdelivers.

Our arts organization interviewed three firms and Studio 22 came out on top because their aesthetic merged that of a high-tech organization and one of an arts organization. They delivered on time and the CEO was attentive and always available either in person or remotely. When we did meet in person, they were very easy to deal with. Studio 22 was great and I can only say positive things about them. We’re continuing to work with them on other projects.
