Product Design Review from Chris Milner
UXReactor helped us with a UI/UX research process, which included in-person interviews where they walked users through unboxing, connecting, and using the features of our smart air conditioner. From there, the team took the findings and produced a report for us to make improvements to our app and increase our activation rates. In addition to the report, UXReactor also redesigned some parts of our app using Figma.
The project required a very iterative process, so we required more than one discovery call to get started. In fact, they didn't just work with me; we also integrated our consumer marketing insights team to identify participants. We also collaborated with them to figure out how to recruit the right users based on our target customer profiles.
Additionally,UXReactor recruited participants for us, going through their database to find actual users. Then, they brought a researcher and a designer to interview all the participants on-site in their location. That was actually a challenge because we're a remote team, but we needed a physical location to show the actual air conditioner to the participants.
After the interviews, UXReactor worked with us to go through the results and the report's structure. We had multiple revisions to ensure that we were pulling out the insights I wanted to find on it. After the report was complete, they actually delivered it to our overseas team, doing a presentation that included the insights and recommendations.

Product Design Review from Dhirendra Kumar
The objective was to create a safety release which would activate at certain weights and fit into an already existing design. Porticos was able to create a strong, lightweight and reusable buckle which fit perfectly into the design both functionally and visually. Their involvement improved the overall safety of our therapeutic equipment, and allowed us to develop another complete product line of similar products with other applications.

UI/UX Design Review from Kamil Qui
The project scope was to to refresh the UX and visual design.
The project lead really helped . I was taking care of a lot of other things, so I appreciated getting weekly updates from them. They detailed the work they did and then outlined the next items on the list. They brought up potential roadblocks in advance, making sure wed still meet deadlines.
UXReactor worked very closely with us, so they were an extended team from my perspective. I could call upon and engage them in discussions, and we had daily standups.
They followed a systematic methodology, and that helped us go through the process of doing user research, collecting feedback, and combining that with the existing product features. Using that, we were able to create a framework that allowed us to continue development.
