Extremely judgemental, sad, employees. I recently moved to town and came in after work in my business attire. After getting a confused look from the associate up front, (not even a greeting). I started browsing, but everytime I looked up, I was being stared at which made me slightly uncomfortable. I moved towards the back and an associate there said hello, we had a short chat about comics and trading cards but they were rude to a younger customer that came in, it was unwarranted and I'm assuming either this is the employee's normal behavior or an elitist owner. I also couldn't help but wonder if the associate was under some sort of influence. After noticing the trading card prices are exponentially higher than I'm used to seeing in bigger cities, where that sort of pricing would make more sense; I took my leave not purchasing anything feeling underwhelmed. As I passed the associate up front, they still did nothing but continue to stare. Are they not used to the professional community? The store is tidy and organized but cluttered and the atmosphere/vibe is cold. Also not much of a variety for a hobby store. I would much rather take the trip to Milton Freewater to the hobby store there or even Gamestop would be a better choice. I do not see myself returning in the future.

Not only fabulous value for money, Harper Creative work quickly and professionally and have always exceeded our expectations in all the work they have carried out for us. Most recently, they designed and printed some gatefold booklets and leaflets - plus pop up barriers for events we attend. We needed these to a tight deadline, which we were unsure could be met, but Harper Creative did not disappoint. We worked with Essex-based Qivo on a complete refresh of our Deadline Communications website and couldn’t be happier with the result. While our previous site looked fine, it no longer reflected the quality, scale, or professionalism of our work, and it was built on an ageing CMS that raised concerns around security and maintenance.
Qivo took the time to really understand what we needed and delivered a clean, modern, mobile-first site that’s intuitive and easy to use. Our services are now clearly presented, navigation flows much better, and strong calls to action, including quick enquiry routes and click-to-call, make it far easier for visitors to get in touch.
From a technical perspective, the focus on speed, accessibility, and usability was excellent. A particular challenge was showcasing our video portfolio without impacting performance and Qivo handled this brilliantly.
The whole process was professional, collaborative, fast and well managed from start to finish. We’re genuinely delighted with the new site and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Qivo to anyone looking to refresh or rebuild their website.

Mike has been an absolute godsend to us thanks to a recommendation from a good trusted friend of ours who also uses him.
From the very first message he was a legend. I called him and explained how we needed a new host for our website that day! He immediately dropped what he was doing and got on the case. He happily backed up our site and moved it to his server and got it running again, as if nothing had happened. Boom, website saved! All this dedication even before any invoices were sent, nevermind paid! He also kept us updated on the status and happily carried tasks I felt I couldn’t do, even out of hours which massively helped lower the stress of the situation.
Needless to say, I happily recommend Mike and 121Website to everyone. Excellent communication, knowledgeable, friendly and professional service from the start. I’m looking forward to working with him in the future to further improve our website.
