Update June 2023: Steph has done my biz, personal, and trust taxes for years now. I don’t trust anyone else. She is phenomenal with her customer service, fair pricing, and attention to detail. Also she responds to you and communicates. Note that I’m very particular about who I work with and Stephanie exceeds my expectations every time. I did stray one year and went to someone else who did not do a good job and charged me double the price. That I regret and back with Taxes Tampa now!

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Acuity Bookkeeping and Accounting Services I hired Acuity to help with bookkeeping and accounting, but the results were frustrating and unprofessional. Instead of properly categorizing transactions and providing accurate reports, almost everything was labeled as "uncategorized," making the books completely unreliable. They set up several automated apps that required me to pay extra subscription fees. None of these tools integrated correctly, and they only made the situation more confusing. Rather than helping me gain financial clarity, their system created more problems and wasted both time and money. I was hoping for experienced support and clean financial records, but what I received was a disorganized mess. I would not recommend Acuity to anyone looking for dependable accounting services.

Incompetent and negligent. Their employees will get back to you at their own discretion and will find any way to try to put any wrongdoing or mistakes back on the client or yourself. They have cut corners with my own payroll that I've had to correct after multiple discussions and confirmations on the very subject. That after having to fight for nearly 2 months to even get the correct timecards posted and onboarding paperwork approved. An absolute joke of a company. I have been using Faith Accounting for the past 3 years or so and the service is excelletnt. Coreen is so good that when I referred my mother after removing her from an accountant that had overcharged and had her owing money to the IRS, Coreen reviewed and fixed that year as well as doing the current year of taxes. I couldn't be more thankful for Kevin and his team. We had to move to a CPA a few years ago when we created our Trust, and it was a pulling teeth type scenario each year to complete our taxes. Moving to Kevin this year was the best financial decision we have ever made, and our checking account is far happier. They combed through our last CPA's submissions, found errors, and highlighted how to improve.
