A terrible experience with some of the most vile and unprofessional individuals I've encountered in my career. I began working with Marta, who initially presented herself as knowledgable and intelligent. However, things took a turn when I began to ask questions that she couldn't answer. I was met with vague replies and then, eventually, ignored altogether, which was when I got in touch with Kevin, who I believe is a VP at Logical. Kevin was rude and largely negligent of my issues with LMG's marketing practices. This is a small agency and they function as one that is overwhelmed, inexperienced, and likely not equipped to handle the challenges clients bring. Proceed with caution.

The Square 2 team did a great job on a full marketing audit for my company. We hired flexsin technologies to build software for us in July 2022. They agreed to sign NDAs and all relevant paperwork. They prepared the NDA as they preferred it and sent it to us for review and signature. We reviewed the NDA and changed the Jurisdiction to UK and sent it back to them for a signature which they delayed in signing up to date. After they reviewed everything, they gave us an estimation of USD 17,000. They sent us a contract with upper price cap stating that any extra activities and costs incurred above the agreed upper price cap will be their responsibility and we as the client will have to pay nothing extra. They estimated the project will take 12-14 weeks. They started the project and assured us the NDA and Contract is getting sorted and they will send it over as soon as. Long story short flexsin Technology never honoured the contract and the price cap as the price started increasing past the price cap. It is now been 8 months since they started the project and they have not signed the NDA nor the Contract as agreed. We noticed they misspelt the names on the NDA and Contract. We asked them to rectify the spelling mistakes and they have refused asking us to Change the NDA that they wrote themselves to meet their interests. They are asking us to include on the NDA that UPwork will resolve disputes in relation to incorrect spellings on the paperwork and the NDA as if they are planning to make more mistakes. Up work is just a platform that brings developers and clients together, UPwork does not resolve spelling mistakes and unsigned paperwork. UPwork is NOT developing our software for us, we did NOT share the software information with UPwork, we shared information with Flexsins Technologies and above all Up work did NOT misspell or fail to sign the NDA or Contract, that was Flexsins Technologies mistakes to fix and NOT UPwork mistakes to fix. They are now asking to write another contract for more money probably with another price cap just to lure. They have agreed to send the assets back to us immediately. My personal experience with kitely tech, has been unproductive to say the least. Yes, Jason is very responsive and answers every question and returns calls prominently. He portrays kitely tech as a large firm with offices in several states but as we found out that is not the case. When our team asked to meet with the entire marketing team and developers they were not available. I advise meeting with entire development team at clark office what is just a share office space with a small mail box with company name on it. I describe doing business with kitely tech similar to being "cat fished" online . The unethical business practices by Jason caused timely delays with projects promised by a certain deadline. I lost of thousands of dollars and misrepresenting a large marketing firm based in the U.S. when in fact all the work is outsource to india.

Overall the experience with Kitely was very good. The web developers overall did wonderful work. Though sometimes things may not be done as fast as both they and the client may want, the work they do is gold. I have had other poor experiences with other web development companies and Kitely was certainly the best. When errors were made on Kitely's end or if I did not communicate all my ideas correctly, they were on top of it to fix the mistakes and if something on my website broke unexpectedly, they were on top of fixing it. If you have an idea, they are likely able to create code for it. They did a great job bringing some innovative things to life, but more in depth ideas may take a little more time to finish than anticipated. I would recommend Kitely to people looking to build a site from scratch.
