Despite claiming to be reputable, their communication felt aggressive and unprofessional.I was asked to submit my resume in Word format, which was a first for me. I asked for clarity and they became very defensive, insisted it was a standard request, and then instantly rejected me. This was alarming coming from an HR Manger.Overall, it left a bad impression. I believe companies should be open to being asked questions, especially when it comes to something as straightforward as resume formatting. There are plenty of other organizations that approach things in a more professional and respectful way.I wouldn't recommend applying here.Update to response:No, my review accurately reflects my experience with your company. Unprofessional. I was contacted by a woman named Avrl L. via text message regarding a position I applied for. She texted back LATE, which I thought was unusual, but I accepted meeting her on Teams the next morning. I took time out of my schedule, had the meeting, I thought it went well, she said she wanted to proceed with sending the company my resume, that she'd email me an application within 2 hours that I had to fill out "ASAP". I got nothing all day, I checked in, no response. She completely ghosted me. Why do people feel it's ok to waste applicants time like this?? Its cruel and heartless as some of us are truly looking for work. Don't like the candidate? Just say it, but dont give false hope and lie to our face, then blow us off. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My experience with Online Rewards has been deeply disappointing.I attempted to redeem a voucher and spent over 45 minutes trying to navigate a broken and confusing redemption process. Even after disabling Apple’s Private Relay, the system repeatedly failed. The process is neither user-friendly nor reliable.To make things worse, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I received a generic, useless reply—and shockingly, the support ticket was simply closed without any resolution. I had to reopen it myself.This is not just frustrating: it’s unacceptable.Online Rewards operates on behalf of Nielsen, and this experience reflects very poorly on both companies. When you invest time collecting points, you expect a seamless and fair redemption process—not wasted time, stress, and radio silence.Final verdict:Unusable system, no accountability, and zero respect for the user’s time.Avoid this platform unless you’re ready for frustration without support.

Attention employers, apartment managers, etc.: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.After saving up points for almost two years on my apartment's rewards program, shortly before I moved I cashed them in towards a $50 gift card. I made sure to redeem them before I left the property, as I knew it would be difficult, if not impossible, to collect afterwards. Ha! If only I knew the horrors that awaited me.Well, I waited and waited. After two weeks ( It's supposed to be only a 24-48 hour wait to receive your claim code), I called Online Rewards/Be Rewarded and was told that because I had moved I was not eligible to get my card, even though they sent me their form email notifying me my reward was forthcoming two days before I relocated.This fact made no difference to OR--They refused to take ownership of the situation and just blamed my former property for the whole fiasco. After several more weeks of increasingly frustrating phone calls to the leasing office and OR, I was finally given temporary access to my old account to resubmit my points, followed by the same old announcement that the reward was on its way.ANOTHER week goes by, and guess what--Nothing! Called Online Rewards YET AGAIN and had to resubmit my points a THIRD time. This time, success--I FINALLY got my redemption points after only SIX weeks of aggravation--for something I deserved and was rightfully owed.Do you want to put your clients, employees, or residents through this same ordeal? Of course you don't--So FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. You've been warned.

I should be giving them 1 star, but since the interview process went smoothly and the final interviewer was kind enough, I should consider that. I think what influenced me in providing this review is that after they're done with the application process. The recruiter said that they'll gonna keep us updated through the same platform where they created the group chat, but after sending us a feedback form, they just removed us from that GC without providing any reason why. And it took them a week before I could get any update if ain't for me asking them about it first. They thrive on empty promises and are not even proactive, which I think compromised my trust in their application process. Imagine, imagine waiting for a week instead of being able to move forward with another company, and if I hadn't done the initiative to reach out to them first, imagine how long they would keep holding me off. That's just being unprofessional. And what's funny is they literally have three Applicants for the position, and with one moving forward with his application, they are only left with two, but still, they couldn't even handle that kind of simple task. How incompetent, and it's disappointing that you're leading on candidates only to leave them hanging by a thread on their own. What a letdown. Such a frustrating experience.
