Have had nothing but great support from IntegriCom since we started working with them. Most recently I had an issue with the 'new' Microsoft Outlook email. Not sure what happened on my laptop but it made me reset my Microsoft password and set up Outlook again and then I had issues logging in and having 'denied access' messages. Luckily IntegriCom found the issue that was basically a conflict in my system causing the denied access. Just took giving them control/access of my laptop and I was back up and operational in 10 minutes. So appreciative of their support and responsiveness.

B6 Ventures has been working with JJC Systems on a variety of projects and their service is top-notch. They go above and beyond in their efforts to help us. They were able to quickly troubleshoot an issue with one of our ChromeOS devices the night before Thanksgiving that saved us a client relationship. In a separate instance, they were able to quickly resolve an emergency outage for one of our client’s Office 365 email. Their knowledge and expertise in this area was evident, and they were able to get our client back up and running in less than 1-hour. JJC Systems is currently helping us with a tenant to tenant migration as we exit the MSP sector. They have been a great partner in this process, and have been incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process. Okay, I don’t know why the autism speaks rules or techniques are so absurdly misunderstood. If you speak as I do there’s literally no reason a person with long time Asperger’s syndrome symptoms get treated with chaos, like if I have Asperger’s or autism, I’d be considered disabled. The autism speaks rules basically state the autistic person needs explicit rules explained without being given surprises or kind of “casual abuse”. No, this happened to me on various teams. Why? Or who is telling these rules as if that’s correct at all? I’d like to know. For years, I’m gonna I’m lucky and I hold zero animosity towards anyone. The autistic person or community might have HPA axis stress dysregulation as a feature of the condition. I can’t speak for anyone else, I’m pretty sure a stress dysregulated person needs less stress or surprises especially when it comes work. Just tell me to work one something. I was already autistic burnout when I worked here. Not trivial. I’m now realizing I can work on it. At the time I couldn’t even understand what I was doing exactly. It doesn’t spontaneously occur. Anyone that uses or loses functioning especially with facial expressions like me. It takes real work, gradual change not 100% perfect spontaneously. I get why people say it’s not real, I just need better health. I think that’s my downfall. I studied and worked on my knowledge but never my physical ability or health. I learned, thankfully. Some live and die, never knowing what happened. I’m thank I’m not, my brother was. It’s okay. It’s not for anyone to feel sorry about or tell me they sympathize or empathize. It is true though. So, before people use the crazy rules, just living and dying never knowing what caused so much damage to your life. That sucks.

It is hard to put into words how disappointed I am in Dynamic Quest's service. As an IT provider, they failed us on multiple fronts. They were never proactive in managing our systems, which led to severe security breaches. Our network was hacked multiple times under their watch, showing a blatant disregard for our cybersecurity. Moreover, their lack of responsiveness and inadequate problem-solving skills resulted in our entire network being down for multiple days on several occasions. This caused significant disruptions to our operations and highlighted their inability to provide reliable IT support. Overall, Dynamic Quest's services have been nothing short of disastrous. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable IT provider.

They are very slow at resolving issues when tickets are reported. I have been waiting 11 days for their technician to update my firewall to show the logging information for security threats.
